I have 3 of this shells on my inventory but I don't know how I get the last one, I think it was on the chest that opens with 8 pieces of specific enemy mechs, or on the end of Broglie world quest, or into the door that opens with arkhium next to the mech boss. Anyway I'm sure it was on one of these.
