In Genshin Impact Adventure Rank is an important stat that should be your first priority. The fact is that many dungeons, as well as main and side quests, require a certain level of adventure to complete. In addition, for each new rank you will receive a good reward by talking to Katherine in Mondstadt.
In this guide, we will tell you how you can increase the Adventure Rank in the game and describe the fastest methods to increase it after level 25. In addition, after reaching certain values, you will also increase the level of the world, which will lead to the strengthening of the enemies you meet and the loss of more valuable loot from them.
Basic Methods for Increasing Adventure Rank
The following methods are listed in order of their effectiveness in earning Adventure Points early in the game (up to around Adventure Rank 25).
Orders
We are talking about a kind of mini-missions that can be performed on a daily basis. They are unlocked after reaching Adventure Rank 12 (can be achieved within the first day of the game). All you have to do is talk to Katherine, the secretary of the Adventurer's Guild.
Some of these quests can only be completed once, but most are repeatable, meaning you can complete them every day. Depending on your rank, the rewards for completing them will differ:
- Adventure Rank 12-13: 10 Source Stones, 2.7k Mora, 175 Adventure Points, 25 Amity Points, 1 to 4 Superior Enhancement Ore, and 0 to 1 Magic Enhancement Ore.
- 16-19 Adventure Rank: 10 Sourcestones, 3.2k Mora, 200 Adventure Points, 30 Amity Points, 1 to 4 Superior Enhancement Ore and 0 to 1 Magic Enhancement Ore.
- 20-24 Adventure Rank: 10 Sourcestones, 3.6k Mora, 200 Adventure Points, 35 Amity Points, 1 to 3 Superior Enhancement Ore and 0 to 2 Magic Enhancement Ore.
- 25-29 Adventure Rank: 10 Source Stones, 4.1k Mora, 225 Adventure Points, 35 Amity Points, 1 to 3 Superior Enhancement Ore, and 0 to 2 Magic Enhancement Ore.
- 30-34 Adventure Rank: 10 Source Stones, 4.5k Mora, 225 Adventure Points, 40 Amity Points, 1 to 3 Superior Enhancement Ore and 0 to 2 Magic Enhancement Ore.
Adventure Book
After reaching the city of Mondstadt, chat with Katerina to watch a short cut-scene, at the end of which you will receive an Adventure Book. Open it and you will see the Experience section. It lists various achievements that will unlock various rewards, including Adventure Points (100 units).
Now go to the "Monsters" section. Various bosses will be listed here, for defeating which they also give out adventure points. However, in order to receive a reward after killing these opponents, you will need to spend Elemental Resin. 1 resin is restored every 8 minutes, however, you can store no more than 160 units, so we advise you to spend it daily.
Teleports
You will be able to earn adventure points when you open teleports or waypoints. We highly recommend that you do this at the initial stage of the passage, because with the help of these objects you can then quickly move around the world.
Main and world quests
Complete story quests and world tasks to get adventure points. You can see the current missions in the corresponding section of the main menu. Although they usually take a lot of time, the reward for completing them is very significant.
Plus, while completing these tasks, you can simultaneously open teleports and look for treasure chests.
Worship the statues of the seven
By worshiping the statue of the seven archons, you will receive various rewards, including adventure experience points. Among other things, this way you can remove the "fog" from the map, discovering new interesting places.
To worship, you will need Anemocules and Geocules, which can be found in various parts of the game world. You can see their location at interactive map.
Treasure chests
Adventure points are also issued for opening chests, but they are difficult to find at the initial stage, since they are not shown on the map and can be located in different points of the region. Therefore, in the beginning, we do not advise you to actively search for chests - open them by finding them randomly when completing missions or activating teleports.
Dungeon clearing
Clearing dungeons allows you to gain a large amount of experience, but opening dungeons often requires a certain Adventure Rank. At first, you can go through the so-called temples, which you will get to according to the plot. The reward is one time.
How to quickly increase the Adventure Rank after level 25
Run errands
After rank 25, you will receive 225 adventure points for each completed quest. After completing 4 of these tasks, you can count on an additional 500 points just by talking to the guild secretary.
Weekly Dungeons and Bosses
Exist bosses (Stormterror and Lupus Borealis ) from which you can receive a reward once a week. For killing them, they give 300 adventure points (you need to spend 60 primordial resin to collect the reward). The update happens every week. Again, do not forget to spend all the original resin so that it does not go to waste.
For passing dungeons also give adventure points (from 50 to 100 units). This is not a very large amount, however, as a reward for clearing them, you will also receive other items, for example, artifacts or elevation materials.
Arteries of the earth and events
By arteries, we mean special activities in which you will need to kill waves of enemies. For the passage of the blue are awarded experience, and yellow - Mora. Plus, both give Adventure EXP. For their implementation, too, Original Resin is required.
As for in-game events, they usually last 1-3 weeks and are associated with obtaining characters or rare equipment. However, they can be completed any number of times and reward players with adventure points. In some you need to collect certain items, and in others you need to fight monsters. Be sure to check the relevant section so as not to miss new events.
Collect Treasures
We have already noted above that opening treasure chests allows you to get additional experience points. Chests will respawn every few days so you can inspect them again.
