Any definitions and meanings used in the User Agreement and not reflected in the "Concepts and Definitions" section will be interpreted in accordance with the meaning arising from the text of the User Agreement. In case of any disagreement regarding the interpretation of the definition and / or concept used in the User Agreement, the interpretation that will be determined by the Site Administration will apply.
2.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — Agreement) establishes the rules and conditions for using the Site and posting Information on it and is an agreement between the User and the Site Administration, which replaces all previous agreements between the User and the Site Administration.
2.2. Access to the Site, use of the Site and / or performance of any other actions on the Site by the User means that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all the terms of this Agreement. Registration of the User on the Site is possible only with additional confirmation by the User of acceptance of this Agreement.
3.1. In order to gain access to all the features of the Site, a person must complete the registration procedure on the Site in one of the following ways:
3.2. The User agrees to provide true, accurate and complete information about himself in the registration form and to keep this information up to date. If this information changes, the User undertakes to reflect these changes in the registration form as soon as possible. At the same time, the User agrees that the Site Administration, in general, does not verify the accuracy of the User's Personal Information and does not control the User's legal capacity.
3.3 The Site Administration has the right to block and / or delete the User Profile, deny access to all or some of the features of the Site, and delete the User Information without explanation, including if the User violates the terms of the Agreement, and also if the User provides incorrect information about himself or the Site Administration will have reason to believe that the information provided by the User about himself is unreliable, incomplete, inaccurate, violates the terms of this Agreement, or the User uses someone else's information.
4.1. The individual login and/or password of the User, required for authorization on the Site, is intended only for this User.
4.2. The User undertakes not to disclose, not to transfer his login and password to third parties, and to take all necessary efforts to ensure that his login and password are not available to third parties. An individual login and / or password allows access to those sections of the Site that are available only to registered Users, as well as to personal pages of the Site intended only for this User.
4.3. If any person other than the User authorizes on the Site using the User's login and password, then all actions performed by such a person will be considered to be committed by this User. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed by him on the Site, as well as for all actions performed on the Site by any other persons using the User's login and password.
4.4. The user is solely responsible for the safety of his password, as well as for all the consequences that may arise as a result of its unauthorized and / or other use.
4.5. The User is obliged to immediately notify the Site Administration of any case of unauthorized (not authorized by the User) authorization on the Site using a login and password and / or any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of his password or his accounts in social networks used to enter the site.
4.6. The Site Administration is not responsible for the possible loss or damage to the Information that may occur due to the violation by the User of the provisions of this part of this Agreement.
5.1. When processing the User's Personal Information, the Site Administration undertakes to take all organizational and technical measures to protect the User's Personal Information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it. However, it is possible that as a result of a malfunction of the Site, a virus or hacker attack, technical malfunctions and other circumstances, the User's Personal Information may become available to other persons. The User understands this and agrees that he will not make any claims against the Site Administration in connection with this.
5.2. The User agrees that his Personal Information contained in the User Profile is publicly available, and any User of the Site can get acquainted with it.
5.3. The User agrees that the Site Administration collects, stores and performs other actions to process the User's Personal Information for the following purposes:

The User's account is deleted within 48 hours after the submission of the application. Restoring a deleted Profile is not possible.
6.1. By posting Information on the Site, the User guarantees that he has all the necessary rights to post Information on the Site. If the User does not have the proper rights to post any Information on the Site, the User undertakes not to post such Information.
6.2. The User undertakes when using the Site:

6.2.8. not post on the Site links to other Internet resources, the content of which is contrary to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or this Agreement;
6.2.9. do not distribute on the Site and / or through the Site Spam, chain letters, online earnings systems, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, e-mail businesses;
6.2.10. before posting information (including, but not limited to, images of other persons, other people's texts of various contents, audio recordings and videos), pre-evaluate the legality of their posting;
6.2.11. do not create more than one Profile;
6.2.12. when registering on the Site, do not indicate false Personal Information about yourself, do not register or perform actions on the Site on behalf of another real or existing person, do not indicate personal information of third parties, do not use any forms and methods of illegal representation of third parties;</p >
6.2.13. not to perform actions through the Site aimed at extorting or receiving money, regardless of the pretext, from other Users and/or third parties;
6.2.14. do not promote the use and do not induce the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances, do not involve in prostitution through the Site;
6.2.15. not to assist in the commission and / or not to commit other unlawful, illegal actions using the Site that are contrary to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and / or this Agreement.
6.3. The Site Administration only provides the User with the opportunity to post Information on the Site and use the services of the Site. The Site Administration is not responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the Information posted by Users on the Site.
6.4. The Site Administration does not check and does not have the technical and actual ability to check all the Information posted by the User on the Site for its compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the provisions of this Agreement, since such a check will make it impossible for the Site to function. However, the Site Administration can do this at any time at its discretion in case of any doubts.
6.5. The Site Administration may, at its discretion, refuse to post and / or delete any Information that the User is going to post / posted on the Site.
6.6. A link to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature, posted on the Site by the User or as an advertisement, is not an approval or recommendation of these products (services) by the Site Administration.
7.1. The use of the Site by the User is allowed only in accordance with this Agreement and exclusively in the ways provided for by the technical capabilities of the Site.
7.2. The right holders in relation to the Information posted on the Site are, in appropriate cases, the Site Administration, Users and / or third parties.
7.3. The Site Administration is the legal owner and owns all exclusive property and other relevant rights to the Site, including, but not limited to, the Site software, graphics, design, Site Database.
7.4. Any Information posted on the Site by the User, respectively, belongs to such User or the relevant third party. By posting Information on the Site, the User confirms that he has all the rights and powers necessary for this, and the User also agrees that such Information becomes available to Users of the Site.
7.5. By posting Information on the Site, the User automatically, free of charge, unconditionally and irrevocably grants the Site Administration a non-exclusive right to use such Information throughout the world for an unlimited period at the discretion of the Site Administration, including, but not limited to, reproduction, copying, selection, systematization, transformation , modification, editing, translation, publication, distribution, broadcasting, cable communication, bringing such Information to the public (in part or in full) by any legal means. Also, by posting Information on the Site, the User confirms that he has the appropriate rights and authority to grant the Site Administration the above non-exclusive right to use the posted Information. Any recommendations made by the Site Administration to the User using the technical means of the Site may not correspond to the User's actual preferences, his ideas of morality and may not meet his aesthetic taste. The Site Administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the proposed recommendations and the actual preferences of the User.
8.6. The Site Administration is not responsible, does not reimburse and is not liable for any losses, including lost profits, moral and other harm caused to the User or third parties as a result of their use of the Site or in connection with the operation of the Site, as well as in all other cases provided for by this Agreement.
8.7. The User is solely responsible for the Information posted by him on the Site and / or communicated by him to other Users or third parties through the Website, including for its content and compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, for violation of the rights of third parties to the Information posted and / or reported by the User (including, but not limited to, the rights of the author and / or related rights, rights to means of individualization, rights to trade secrets and other rights protected by law). The User independently compensates for any losses (including lost profits, moral and other harm) incurred by other Users, third parties or the Site Administration as a result of these violations and / or posting such Information on the Site, and / or reporting such Information through the Site, and as well as performing other actions in connection with the use of the Site.
8.8. The Site Administration is not responsible for agreements between Users and / or the User and any third parties concluded using the Site. The site may contain links to the sites of other companies and other services of third parties. The Site Administration is not responsible for ensuring the confidentiality or the content of any such sites. These sites may have their own user agreements. In particular, the Site Administration only provides access to services through which third parties order, sell video games or equipment, but obligations arise directly between the User and the relevant third parties, the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility for these obligations.
8.9. The User undertakes on his own and at his own expense to resolve all disputes and settle all claims and lawsuits of third parties, instructions and requirements of authorized state authorities received both by the User and the Site Administration in connection with the User's placement of Information on the Site, as well as reimburse all losses and expenses incurred by the Site Administration in connection with such claims and lawsuits.
8.10. Using the Site, the User in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" agrees to receive promotional messages. The user has the right to refuse to receive advertising messages by using the appropriate functionality of the Site.
9.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. All possible disputes arising from relations governed by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, according to the norms of Russian law. Throughout the text of this Agreement, unless expressly stated otherwise, under the term "legislation" refers to both the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the User's place of residence.
9.2. The User and the Site Administration will try to resolve all disputes and disagreements that have arisen between them through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve disputes and disagreements through negotiations, they are subject to consideration in the appropriate court at the location of the Site Administration.
9.3. Due to the gratuitous nature of the services provided under this Agreement, the rules on consumer protection provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation cannot be applicable to relations between the User and the Site Administration.
9.4. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Administration of the Site of agency relations, partnership relations, relations on joint activities, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.
9.5. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of this Agreement are declared invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
9.6. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by the User or other users of the provisions of the Agreements does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests later, and also does not mean the Site Administration waives its rights in the event of subsequent similar or similar violations.
9.7. This Agreement is drawn up in Russian and in some cases may be provided to the User for review in another language. In case of discrepancy between the Russian-language version of the Agreement and the version of the Agreement in another language, the provisions of the Russian-language version of this Agreement shall apply.
9.8. This Agreement may be changed by the Site Administration at any time without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement
The site administration may also apply restrictions in relation to certain functions and services or restrict the User's access to the entire site or to its individual parts, without notifying and without being responsible for this, for technical or security reasons, in order to prevent unauthorized access , loss, destruction of data, or in the event that the Site Administration considers, at its sole discretion, that the User violates the Terms and Conditions, or another law or rule, and decides to terminate the service.
