Where to get tea "Joy of the Celestial"
The first thing you'll need to do is unlock the Central Harbor area of the Star Skiff Refuge. Access to it appears during the execution of the story mission called "The Hound Chases the Fox". After that, you will be free to explore the area.
Move to the Stargazers Avenue anchor and then go a little north and turn left to the Sleepless Earl. Chat with its owner, Mengming, and ask her if she can recommend anything to you. Then select the dialogue option with the bag icon to open the trade menu.
Here you will find the drink you need, which will cost 3600 credits. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to buy 3 servings at once, so you will need to come to Mengming every day and buy a new drink, unless you managed to accumulate it earlier when completing various missions on Lofu Xianzhou.
Drink Celestial Joy three days in a row
Now open your inventory and go to the Consumables section. Find here the tea you need and click on the "Use" button. Note that it temporarily increases the attack power of all characters by 14% + 230 units.
