Where to find Svarog and Skryullum's message
It is possible to get the achievement only after you complete the quest line "Interstellar Festival-Tournament".
Go to Svarog's base. In a dialogue with the robot, find out how it treats KMM employees. Svarog, among other things, will mention a message from Skryullum.
In the letter, Skryullum will report on the emergence of silicon life forms on Yarilo-VI, which greatly fascinates and interests him. However, Svarog could not understand for what purpose the message was sent.
Awards
The achievement will appear after the dialogue in the “Our Memories” section and will give you 5 units of Star Jade. Additionally, The Message of Skrullum will remain in your book archive.
