• Location: Erinyes Forest

Travel to the eastern Weeping Willow teleporter by the lake, then continue east down the mountainside. Near the road and pond, not far from the ruins, you will find the enemy you need.

This enemy combines the abilities of Pyro and Electrochemists from the group of treasure thieves, and has similar resistance, that is, his resistance to all elements is 10%, but at the same time he is vulnerable to physical damage (-20%), so it makes sense to take a pack against him, aimed at inflicting the corresponding damage.

One of the best options, by the way, is the Geo mono pack (it comes first in the table below), since Arataki Itto will be able to deal incredibly huge damage while under the protection of Zhongli (the boss simply will not be able to interrupt his combo). Albedo and Gorou will be able to maximize Arataka's damage. The video below shows the effectiveness of such a team.

You can also use the classic Freeze command against Liam, since Ganyu and Mona will be able to use taunts to divert the enemy’s aggression from themselves, as well as freeze him for a short period of time, which will allow them to attack him with impunity.

If you do not have the above characters, then simply assemble a squad of your strongest and most well-pumped heroes.

How to beat Liam

The enemy has a large health bar, so get ready for a long battle. Take with you more dishes to restore your health and use potions that protect you from Pyro and Electro damage, as well as increase the elemental damage of your fighters.

This boss will basically throw elemental bubbles at your character, which will inflict certain statuses and cause dangerous elemental reactions. It is quite difficult to evade them, as they deal area damage, so we recommend taking a good shieldman/healer into your squad.

Liam is fairly easy to catch due to his aggressive fighting strategy, either hitting him in an area or attacking him from afar with archers and catalysts. You can wait until he carries out his attacking combo, and only then carry out a counterattack.

Let us add that the battle takes place on rather uneven terrain with a lot of trees. You can use uneven terrain and natural obstacles to hide from enemy bombs or get them stuck between trees.

Having dealt with the enemy, you will receive the “Liam” achievement, for which you will receive 5 source stones and a pestilence. Note that he will respawn during the server reset, which occurs at 4 am.
