Where to find Rocky Avildsen's Lost
You have to go southeast of the Ipsissimus Tower. The closest place to this place is an unnamed island south of the ruins of Fort Charybdis, so we recommend starting your journey from there. Swim to the ruins and find a closed shell - you can navigate by two xenochrome stingrays floating nearby. To open a shell, attack it.
Inside you will find a note "The Rocky Avildsen’s Disappearance" with the sad story of Rocky losing all his belongings and becoming a recluse. Attached to the note is a map and a request to return the legacy of the unfortunate fighter.
Where to find Rocky Avildsen's legacy
Go to the small island northeast of where you found the shell. The fastest way to it is from the underwater teleport to the north of the island.
Here you will find a Treasure Thief named Davy Smith Jr., with whom you will have to fight. He is designated as a mini-boss, but is a fairly weak enemy and can be killed without much effort. After winning you will receive a rich chest.
Awards
The chest contains 5 Primogems and useful items such as Mora, weapons, enhancement stones and artifacts. A Note with the map will appear in the inventory again - it is needed to obtain the achievement “For the À la volonté du peuple.”
