Windswept Kite Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora – these are collectible items, collecting which you can get a trophy "Snakes on a leash", and also complete a side quest called “On the Wings of the Wind.” This guide will tell you where to find them all.
Where to find all the Windswept Kite in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
In total, in the game you can find nine places with flying kites. They are all located in the Upper Plains, in the areas of the Mother of Rivers and Shattered Arch. The difficulty in finding them is that they are not marked on the map. However, the objects are located close to each other. You can collect them in any order.
Additional task "On the Wings of the Wind" will start automatically immediately after you find the first flying kite. For a more convenient search for collectibles, you can use interactive game map.
Flying Kite No. 1
Follow the point shown in the image below.
There will be many stone pillars in this area, one of which has a kite on it.
Flying Kite No. 2
Head to the location shown in the image. On the map it is a huge block of stone; the desired point is located right in the center.
Focus on the huge rocky walls. Along one of them you will see a cone-shaped elevation, on which you will find a snake.
Flying Kite No. 3
The next snake is located on the same block of stone as the previous one, only in its easternmost part. See the map below to get your bearings.
Once in place, run to the very edge and you will see a small stone elevation there. It is there that you will find another snake.
Flying Kite No. 4
Next, head towards the rocky mountains shown in the screenshot below. This is a little east of where the third serpent was located.
Among the stones there will be a small area with green grass, and on it there will be a raised platform on which there is a snake.
Flying Kite No. 5
Follow the point indicated in the image below. You will find the snake on a semi-dry tree that grows horizontally. Behind it will be unusual rocky formations in the form of flat plates emerging vertically from the ground.
Flying Kite No. 6
Just east of the place where you find the fifth kite, there is another flying object.
You will find it at the edge of the stone plain. Behind you, lilac flowers will grow among the stones and a sharp flat stone will stick out of the ground.
Flighted Kite No. 7
A little to the right of the previous point is the next kite.
Notice the pillar-like stones that widen upward. Just opposite them you can find a snake. It is located on a small stone.
Flying Kite No. 8
You will find another snake opposite a huge wide stone formation. There will be flat plates sticking out on the sides.
The snake itself is on a column of stones.
Flying Kite No. 9
You will find the last snake a little east of the previous place. Focus on the stone arc, a little further away you will find a flying object.
After you collect the ninth kite, you will receive a trophy "Snakes on a Leash". This will also allow you to complete the side quest "On the Wings of the Wind" by speaking with the Serpent Master in the Upper Plains.
