In Avatar Frontiers of Pandora There are huge mushrooms called Budding Watchers. The roots of these mushrooms indicate the paths, following which you will open a huge mushroom and be able to receive a reward - unique food of the highest quality. Finding all the mushrooms will give you the achievement "Mushroom Navigator".

Where to find all the Budding Watchers locations in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora
First of all, it is worth noting that on the in-game map the locations are called “Budding Watchers”, and in the list of trophies they appear as “Mycelium Network Activities”.
There are a total of 9 locations with the “Mycelium Connection” quests, but to get the “Mushroom Navigator” trophy you need to complete 10. The quest can be completed again after 24 hours. Therefore, you will have to wait 24 hours to repeat one of them.
As the fog clears from the map, you will be able to see markers with the “Mycelium Connection” quests. Those that you have not yet discovered are marked with purple icons. Those that were found but not completed are blue. And those that you noticed and passed are green.
How to complete the quest “The Mycelium Connection”
After you find the large mushroom called Budding Watcher, you will need to follow its roots in the form of small porcini mushrooms along several paths. The tracks will lead you north, south, west and east from the large mushroom. That is, you will need to go along four paths in total.
Follow the trail of porcini mushrooms and it will lead you to a smaller mushroom, then interact with it. Next, return to the Novice Observer and follow the other trail. Once you have followed all four paths and found the medium mushrooms, you can enter the large mushroom and receive a reward.
All Mycelium Connection quests are located in the Misty Forest region.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 1
- Area: Overhanging Rocks
- Biome: Boulder
Head northeast of the Overhanging Stones area, to the rock located on the western side of the Fertile River.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 2
- Area: Overhanging Rocks
- Biome: Boulder
Located in the south of the Overhanging Stones region, right in the center of Stonetalon Mountain.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 3
- Region: Great Scarlet Forest
- Biome: Bloody Thicket
The next quest can be found in the southeastern part of the Great Scarlet Forest region - east of the Ancestor River and southeast of the Eye of the River. Inside you can find a camouflage agent that will make you more difficult to detect at dusk, at night and at dawn.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 4
- Region: Stone Cloud Valley
- Biome: White Moss Forest
Travel to the eastern part of the Valley of Stone Clouds area. You'll find the mushroom next to a huge rock cliff located east of Singer Falls. Inside is another camouflage tool.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 5
- Region: Stone Cloud Valley
- Biome: Boulder
Head to the southeast of the Stonecloud Valley area. The mushroom is located just north of the large mountain Giant's Bane. As a reward for completing the task, you will receive a tool that will allow you to receive 20% more favor from the Na'vi clans.

- Area: Furrow
- Biome: White Moss Forest
Head northwest of the Whispering Pool. Once inside the Novice Observer, you will receive Silent Remedy Superior Food. It will make your movement absolutely silent.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 7
- Area: Furrow
- Biome: Boulder
Head to the southeast of the Furrow area. You will find the Novice Observer next to a huge rock on the western side of the Quiet River. As a reward you will receive a camouflage product.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 8
- Region: Bayuny pines
- Biome: Dense Pines
Head to the southwest of the Sosny-Bayuny region. The Novice Observer is located on a rock ledge next to the large Stoneguard Mountain. This location is located slightly southeast of the RDA base.
Task “Mycelium connection” No. 9
- Region: Bayuny pines
- Biome: White Moss Forest
The last location with the “Beginner Observer” is located in the center of the Sosny-Bayuny region, east of the Carver River.
To get the trophy "Mushroom Navigator", wait 24 hours, after which you can perform any of the tasks again.
