In Honkai: Star Rail chests in the Dream of a child located on Penaconia, are small containers that contain various valuable items, ranging from hour credits to star jades. In this guide, we'll tell you where to find them and how to open them, as some chests require you to first solve riddles, complete missions, or defeat dangerous enemies to gain access.
Where to find chests in a child's dream
We are talking about a world that was born from someone's memories. Time moves differently here, and space seems to be curved. You will have access to this location when you start completing the Mastery mission called “ Through a glass darkly ", however, we advise you to take up its exploration after completing the quest chain so that you can visit all corners of the area.
This location consists of one floor, on the territory of which you can find 23 ordinary, valuable and luxurious chests. But only 14 of them directly stand in different corners of space, the remaining 9 will be given for solving various puzzles.
On the map above you can see their approximate location (for an expanded view of 3D cards with 3/4, as well as caskets with 6-12, see the paragraphs below). Next, we will tell you in detail how to get to them.
Normal chest 1
The start of the exploration of the location for the quest is a suspicious room with a teleport " Watch workshop “in the south, the abode of someone’s memories—we’ll start with that. The first chest stands behind the screen parallel to the spatial anchor.

Exit the room and turn left: at the end of the corridor there is a second suitcase with loot.

Next, run along the corridor to the north, until the first turn to the left: here is the entrance to room with 3D map. Approach the fountain with memories, replenish the supply of bubbles and run to the clot near the wall opposite (near it click “ R » on PC to open the bridge).
Go to the wall and run past the monster to the second blob at the opposite edge of the wall. We open the springboard again and return to the floor: there will be a chest near the second exit from the room.
Regular chest 4
To get the 4th casket you need activate the remote control opposite the previous chest: the mechanism stabilizes the path, with the help of which you can freely move to both halves of the divided room.
Go to the fountain and replenish your supply of bubbles, then return to the other side of the room and activate the springboard.
The second chest will be at the turn at the far edge of the plane.
Luxurious chest 5
Exit the 3D room through the northern passage or tap to the anchor " Dream World Swirl ": in a nook on the eastern side of the corridor you will find a battle with an enhanced mob, for defeating which you will be given the opportunity to open a luxurious suitcase.
Recommended Damage Types : Fire, Physical, Imaginary + heroes with Wind and Electric attacks are suitable against small enemies.

Next comes the second area with variable gravity, the entrance to which is located to the left of the teleport indicated in the previous paragraph.
When entering the hall, turn left and run to bubble fountain. After replenishing the supply, deploy the bridge near the nearest wall. We cross over to it and run along the corridor to the fork from which we need turn to the right : The chest is around the corner in a dead end.

From the dead end where we looted the last trophy, we return to the fork and run straight to the second non-activated springboard (it is marked in gray on the map). We give him the last charge and go forward: straight ahead, at the edge of the surface, there is a casket.
Valuable chest 8
Another battle with monsters is located on the site with the previous chest, but in a nook nearby (the battle mark can be seen on the map). Deal with the mobs that will be most effective against Ice, Physical, Wind and Fire elements (any will do, except perhaps Quantum) - and the valuable casket is yours.
Regular chest 9
Now let's move on to the inactive bridge on the previous site : if you unfold it, you will find yourself in a corridor, at the far end of which there will be two springboards, a fountain and a regular chest (well, and a couple of enemies).
Luxurious chest 10
As mentioned above, there are mobs on the previous platform: activate the bridge in the direction they are looking at (if you run out of bubbles, replenish them there in advance), and then again on the plane you moved to.
The hero will go down to the floor, and there will be a puzzle picture standing right there: turn left from it along the stairs to the next battles with a strengthened enemy. The reward for victory is a luxurious casket.

Regular chest 11
Return to the site with 9th chest, go down the bridge, which is closer to the fountain (fill up the bubbles in advance), and in the transition area - along the springboard on the right. Next you will find yourself in a wider T-shaped area: there is another chest near the middle springboard.
Normal chest 12
Next, go along the springboard in front of which you collected the previous reward and run straight to the control panel : here you can open the passage between the two ends of the hall and collect the penultimate trophy on this 3D map.
Luxurious chest 13
And finally, go up the stairs to the exit from the large hall: another luxurious casket awaits you in front of it.
Regular chest 14
The fourteenth trophy stands near the fireplace in the room to the right of the “Corridor of Memories” anchor.
