In Honkai: Star Rail chests in the Dream Boundary, located on Penaconia, are small caskets in which various valuable items are hidden, ranging from hour credits to star jades. In this guide, we will tell you where you can find them and how to open them, because to gain access to some chests you must first solve riddles, complete a task or defeat dangerous opponents.
Where to find chests in Dream Frontier
We are talking about a city of dreams that is under construction. It was created by brilliant designers known throughout the universe. You will have access to this location during one of the stages of completing the Development mission " Night called Tenderness " However, we advise you to take up its research after completing the quest chain "The Sound and the Fury" so that you can visit all corners of the region.
This location consists of one floor, on the territory of which you can find thirty ordinary, valuable and luxury chests. On the map below you can see their approximate location.
Next, we will tell you in detail how to get to them.
Normal chest 1
We suggest starting your search from the teleport in the south of the map (this is where your acquaintance with the Dream Frontier begins in the story quest “ Night called Tenderness "). From the anchor " Construction Bureau Families » run north to the area at the edge of the roof: the first chest is in the corner near the ventilation pipes.
Regular chest 2
We go back and turn right (west) from Lettuce Manager nests : in front there will be a small area with tables for relaxation, and next to it will be the next trophy.
Regular chest 3
Return to the nest again origami birds, then follow the path to the southeast. On the way you will meet an owl device that changes the camera perspective - Eye of Dreams. Turn on the mechanism and move to the other edge of the area, taking the chest along the way.
Valuable chest 4
The first valuable trophy awaits not far from the owl device, which we moved to in the previous paragraph. It is marked on the map as fight with a strengthened enemy. To successfully win a two-stage duel, choose heroes of the following elements: Ice, Electric, Imaginary, Wind, Physical.
Regular chest 5
From the previous place, go back and run left to dream module : Set up a transition and make your way to the next half of the map. On the other side there will be another owl module, and to the right of it is a narrow alley that will lead you to a hidden trophy.
Regular chest 6
The sixth chest is located near the teleport on Dreamers Square, and it stands next to the dream module.
Luxurious chest 7
We activate the owl near the previous casket and change the path so as to open the road to the left - the transition leads to an area with another serious fight. Win with Heroes Fire, Wind, Imaginary and Electric elements, and unlock a luxurious chest.
Chests 8-10
Chests 8-10 are opened during the challenge with the gnome Hanu. To begin, activate the machine east of the 7th chest so that the hero turns into a cartoon.
The task is to carefully make your way between opponents to the chests, maintaining the order:
- Stealthily make your way past the mek to the teleport-rocket under the ventilation pipe;
- Run along the pipe towards the machine gun, hiding under the boxes in time, until the teleport down;
- Make your way undetected to the rocket at the edge of the building (you can pick up a luxurious trophy from it from above);
- Go back down and carefully run around the enemies to the passage to the north;
- Rocket up the pipe above the TV mob and drop a large cup onto its display;
- Go down and collect the chest under the pipe that the knocked out monster was looking at.
Next, run to the second machine near jigsaw puzzles : after solving it, you will receive the last, already valuable, casket, plus you will open the path ahead and can safely leave the area.
For the convenience of the solution, we have marked the parts and places for their placement in the screenshot above same colors (if it doesn't fit, just rotate the element).
Regular chest 11
Return to Dreamers Square (anchor near the 6th trophy) and change the direction of crossing through the dream module right. From there, run straight to the area where there are two mob TVs: another chest is hidden behind the attic window on the right.
Regular chest 12 + Royal tank
We go up the stairs past the enemy troupe. Stands on the edge of the building Spheramet, after flying over which (correct placement of reflectors in the screenshot above), you will find yourself on a platform with another chest.
Go up to the parking lot: in front of the door there is Trash dream maker. This dreamer will give you 20 jade if you choose your words carefully in conversation:
- More...tanks.
- ...it will snow.
Regular chests 13/14
From the trash can meeting point, go west to another mechanical owl. After activating it, a series of transitions will appear in front of you, and on the way you will be able to loot two ordinary caskets.
First of all, go right to the chest and take it. Then move to the opposite edge of the area until dream module before the second trophy - by moving the slab closer to you, you will open the passage to the reward.
Valuable chest 15
Next, get to the anchor " Roof garden ": opposite there is a frame with riddle-puzzle. Choose the correct arrangement of pieces, as shown in our hint below (match color to color, rotating the puzzle if necessary) and get a valuable suitcase with loot.
Regular chest 16
The sixteenth chest can be found to the west of the previous puzzle: just turn into a dead end to the left of a pair of TV monsters.
Regular chest 17
Another chest is in the passage north of the previous reward. If you move from the teleport " Roof garden ", then you need to go along the stairs to the west, and then immediately turn right. But be careful, this area is patrolled by enemy mobs.
Chests 18-20
From the place with the last two chests, go west, then turn in the direction in front of which there is a mobile TV and run point-blank until mechanical owl. Ahead lies a series of transfer paths that will lead you to three chests.
We offer you the following route map:
- After activating the Eye of Dreams, run to a similar device through the passage on the left;
- Use the second owl and return normal character control. Here, turn the camera back and collect the first chest against the wall directly;
- Without changing anything, follow left to Sferamet. It needs to be activated, as shown in the screenshot above, and you will be taken to the area with the second casket.
When you loot the second one, use the closest one owl-module and move the platform closer to the area with the collected chest. Then return along the Spheramet back to the Eye of Dreams (along the way Necessarily switch the path in front of the second owl, as in the picture above).
As a result, after connecting to the Eye, you will be able to move to the roof in the southern half of the map, and before leaving it a luxurious prize will be waiting for you.
Luxurious chest 21
The last luxurious chest is located in the south of the Dream Boundary, and can be opened after battles with a strong monster. Use the route diagram in the previous paragraph to get to this area, then defeat the enemies with Ice, Physical, Electric, Imaginary, Wind and Fire types of damage.
Regular chest 22
Return to fork, from which you turn towards 18-20 chests and run to the west. There will be another owl at the edge of the building - activate it and open a path to the other side of the map, following which you can collect another casket.
Regular chest 23
From the melting point in the southwest, go to the nook to the right of the stairs - there is another trophy here.
Regular chest 24
Another chest is hidden not far from golden sepal in the southwest of the map: go down to the platform to the left of the dungeon, and then turn into a dead end behind the telephone booth.
Chests 25/26
From the previous place we rise north to the purple owl. This forked area leads to two chests.
- After activating the owl, follow the path on the left to the second Eye (if there is no move, move the platform using the nearest owl module);
- Activate the second purple owl, turn the camera back and run up the stairs to the next dream module:
- Change direction so that the path leads to the right and run to pick up the distant casket.
After collecting the reward, go back along the same path to starting Eye – when you connect it, you can run to the opposite side of the map and get a valuable trophy.
Regular chest 27
The twenty-seventh chest is located in a small nook not far from Observation deck : Tap on the anchor and run forward to an area with a group of mobs, from which you need to slide to the left.
Regular chest 28
The next chest is to the left of the stairs east of Stagnant shade: Roast form.
Regular chest 29
From the 28th trophy, run north to Eye of Dreams. Activate the owl and go across the bridge on which the penultimate reward stands.
Valuable chest 30 + Royal tank
And the last valuable suitcase is a reward for solving the puzzle in a closed area in the northeast of the map. You can get to it along the bridge with the 29th casket. Above we indicated how to solve this puzzle (match color to color by rotating the unfolded pieces).
And on this same section of the route, don’t miss the opportunity to talk to the trash can who loves riddles. Buck will willingly give you 20 jade if you tell him the following answer options:
