Third Cone’s the Charm Honkai: Star Rail - This achievement, for which you need to binge on flying ice cream in Penaconia. In the guide we will indicate the location of all the horns.
Where to find flying ice cream in Golden Moment
Floating Horns can be found in 6 locations in Golden Moment.
In each place you will find 3 horns. To get the achievement, you need to eat 9 ice creams - therefore, you only need to visit any 3 places described below.
Ice cream 1
Go to Sweet Corner - this teleport is located in the northwestern part of the location, on the 2nd floor. 3 horns fly next to the van with the pepeshi merchant. Click on all the sweets in sequence to eat them.
Ice cream 2
Next, head north to Aiden Park, then turn east. Once you reach the road, head south until you see an ice cream cart. There are 3 more horns floating right there.
Ice cream 3
Continue south. You'll notice two girls standing by the ice cream sign. 3 horns fly between them.
Ice cream 4
Teleport to the Oti Mall. Go down the nearby stairs and turn north. 3 horns fly near a colorful sign.
Ice cream 5
From the shopping center area, now run south. Next to the large machine is an ice cream cart and a Family vendor. Almost immediately, by the way, you can get another achievement for repairing the money thrower - "The Wolf of Glaux Avenue".
Ice cream 6
The last location is on the first floor of the Golden Moment, not far from the Dream Shopping Street teleport.
