In Honkai: Star Rail The Rear Window is hidden achievement patch 2.0, to unlock which you will need to inspect all the locked rooms in the hotel. Thus, you will be able to find out a little information about the people living in the Dream World. In this guide, we will tell you exactly where all these inaccessible apartments are located.
How to unlock the Rear Window achievement in Honkai: Star Rail
All the rooms you need (there are 8 of them) are located in the location Hotel “Dreams” (reality). You can get here already during the story mission "Chasing a Dream". Teleport to the Hotel Lobby anchor, then run right or left to one of the elevators and use it to get to the upper landing.
This is where all 8 locked doors are located. You will need to approach each of them and then interact with them to find out what is happening in the rooms you are checking. Next we will indicate each door individually.
Locked door 1
It will be your first if you took the elevator on the right side. After exiting the lift, turn around and approach the room on the right. You will hear a melody coming from it.
Locked door 2
From the previous room, turn around again and run forward, keeping to the wall on the left, and examine the second closed door. You will hear a man and a woman arguing with each other.
Locked door 3
Continue running forward and approach the next door. You will hear the sounds of a weapon charging. You can say that you came to check the meter, but you still won't be allowed into your room.
Locked door 4
Take a few steps forward and you'll immediately spot number four. You will hear someone working on a typewriter outside the door without rest.
Locked door 5
Now you will need to run quite a distance before you can inspect the next room (the door leading to the VIP room does not count). You will hear a tired man who did not want to work beyond his limits.
Locked door 6
Run along the wall again until you reach the sixth door. Behind it you will hear the sound of a running shower, which is a little frightening.
Locked door 7
Take a few more steps forward to reach the next room, which contains some kind of secret. You can pull the handle or look through the crack, but neither of these options will help you find out the secret of these apartments.
Locked door 8
Run past the elevator on the right side and go to the last locked door on the left. You will hear musical instruments again, and then deathly silence.
