In Honkai: Star Rail The Tales of a Card Shark are hidden achievement Update 2.0, which is unlocked by cheating and winning a special reward at the Wheel of Fortune in Penaconia. Where to get the All or Nothing item
The first step is to purchase the Nameless Memory Vial from Dr. Edward and then show it to Pom-Pom. We talked about this in detail in separate material. After this, return to the huge eye in the Oti Mall and interact with it again to explore its updated inventory.
You will see a large variety of consumable items of varying rarity on sale. Among them there will also be a little thing called "All or nothing", which can be purchased for 5,000 credits. You can buy no more than one item per day.
How to cheat when playing Wheel of Fortune
Having purchased the necessary item, open your inventory, go to the “Consumable Items” section and use “All or Nothing”. Now move to the Aiden Park anchor and run southeast to the slot machines. Go to the Wheel of Fortune (demonstrated in the screenshots below) and start playing it. Let us remind you that for one spin you will need 1 Aiden token.
Even before the prize is issued, you will have the necessary achievement, for which you can receive 5 star jades. As for the special prize, you may get “Pleasant-looking trash” (can restore 4 skill points at once) or “Trashcan Dignity” (increases the heroes’ defense by 20%).
