Legendary Blueprints in Palworld: Where to Find the Best Weapons and Armor

    Zorthrus

In Palworld Legendary blueprints are special recipes that allow you to create the best weapons and armor in the game. However, it is extremely difficult to obtain these schemes, since their location depends on randomness, plus, you have to fight very strong opponents and visit dangerous locations. In this guide, we will tell you all the ways to get legendary blueprints.

Legendary Weapon and Armor Blueprints in Palworld

Recipes are necessary to create a wide variety of items on the workbench. Most of them you will receive through the "Technology" menu when leveling up your character. However, almost all of them will have the usual rarity, that is, they will have the number “1” in the name.

To create legendary weapons and armor, you will need drawings of legendary rarity, which are marked with the number “4” in the name. They cannot be obtained by conventional means. Next, we will tell you exactly what you need to do to obtain these recipes.

    Find and kill Alpha Pals

A certain legendary drawing can be knocked out from a specific Alpha Pal. However, the dropout rate of these schemes is extremely low and amounts to approximately 2.5-3%. Thus, it may take you an average of 40 attempts to get one recipe of the highest rarity.

However, you can almost halve the number of attempts by using the Butcher Knife (unlocks at level 12). The fact is that the drop from Alpha Pal in this case will happen twice - when it is caught and cut up.

So equip the desired weapon, summon the captured boss, and then open the radial menu and select the option "Disassemble" . Watch the cutting animation, after which you may get the recipe you need. Next, we will indicate all the Alpha Pals that drop certain schemes.

    Chillet

    • Legendary Blueprint: Woven Clothing

This will most likely be the first Alpha Pal you fight. You can find it near the Ruins of the Bastion. He is vulnerable to fire attacks, so we advise you to take combat Pals of the corresponding element.

    • Legendary Blueprint: Pistol

It is located south of the Wilds of the Bamboo Forest and is of the electric type, so it is best to take combat Pals of the earth element against it.

    Vorsekt

    • Level: 30
    • Coordinates: Domain of the Little Sharks
    • Legendary Blueprint: Metal Helmet

You will find it inside the indicated area. This Bug fighter is a Natural and Ground type, so fire attacks will work well against him.

    • Legendary Blueprint: Metal Armor

You can find it in the mines, the entrance to which is located northeast of the Center of the lake. The exact location is shown in the pictures below. • Legendary Blueprint: Pump-Action Shotgun

    • Coordinates: open world (-354, 509)
    • Legendary Blueprint: Palanium Helm

You can find it on the northern peninsula, west of Permafrost Land. He is an Ice type, so fire attacks will be effective against him.

    Jetragon

    • Level: 50
    • Coordinates: open world (-784, -322)
    • Legendary Blueprint: Rocket Launcher

He lives on a volcanic island, far to the west. Look for it west of the Ruined Walled City. This legendary Pal is a dragon type, so ice creatures should be used against him.

    Necromus and Paladius

    • Level: 50
    • Coordinates: open world (447, 676)
    • Legendary Blueprint: Palanium Armor for Heat and Cold Protection

Both can be found on the eastern island south of the lake. Necromus is a dark type, and Paladius is a normal type, so we advise you to field a dark dragon Pal, such as Astegon, against them.

    Chest farming

There is also a small chance of getting legendary drawings from chests of any type (regular, copper silver and gold). For this reason, we advise you to open any chest you meet along the way. Next, we will indicate several of the most effective routes for farming these objects.

    Farming routes in dungeons

Opening chests in dungeons is a great way to farm blueprints, as you can find blueprints of varying rarities in them, meaning even if you don't manage to find legendary recipes, you may well get epic or rare items.

Don't forget that blueprints can only drop from those chests that appear after defeating the dungeon boss. The rest will have the same things as in the open world. The pictures above show two routes: the first for the mid and late game, and the second for the late game only.

    Farming routes in nature reserves

In chests located in reserves, you may receive both standard treasures and schematics, among which there may be legendary items. For this reason, we have prepared for you several routes for farming chests in the specified locations.

    Change world settings

If you still don’t get legendary recipes, and you want to speed up getting them, then simply change the settings of the new or existing world in the main menu. Here is a list of parameters that need to be increased:

    • Speed of time (day and night)
    • The coefficient of the appearance of Pals (at the maximum value, 3 Alpha Pals will appear in one place at once).

Note that “Coefficient of the number of trophies received” only increases the number of items dropped from creatures, not the drop frequency. Therefore, if you increase this value by 3 times, then you will only get 3 identical legendary drawings, which, of course, will not help in any way in accelerating their collection.

How to Use Legendary Blueprints in Palworld

Legendary schemes are used in the same way as regular ones. Having obtained a similar recipe using one of the methods described above, examine it in your inventory to find out which workbench is required to create it. Note that to make better armor or weapons you will probably need Conveyor Factory II.

Then go to the desired workbench and interact with it. Find the item you need and see what materials are required to create it. If you already have everything, then start producing the item - you can craft it yourself or entrust this work to your working Pals.
