How to start the quest
Go to the area north of the Oti Shopping Center in Golden Moment. There you will see The Shield. Start a dialogue with him, and then change his emotion to "Delight". After this, you will not only learn about the lady of the heart of the stand, but also receive sticker "About love".
How to Find a Stand Sweetheart
Head to Jesse's Diner located in Dreamstream Reef. The location will open after completing the mission "Small Town Grotesque". There you will meet a space cowboy named Claude. Start a dialogue with her.
