In Wuthering Waves When completing the story mission "Ominous Star" you need to correctly answer Scar's questions about who is really to blame for the decline in the number of lambs. If you wish, you can immediately attack Scar. In this guide, we will talk about all the possible consequences of your decisions in this quest.

All correct answers to Scar's questions in Wuthering Waves

You will encounter Scar during the main quest "Ominous Star" when you hear strange noises and decide to check where they are coming from. A cut-scene will begin, as a result of which your companion will disappear into the portal and, out of nowhere, a guy in a red cloak will appear. He will turn out to be Scar.

As part of a conversation with him, you can initially choose any dialogue options, since for now they will only slightly affect Scar’s answers. The boy will want to play a game with you and force you to personally find out what exactly happened in this village. To do this, you must first examine the evidence in the indicated places.

However, you can try to "knock" the answers out of Scar instead. He will refuse to answer you, and then you can simply attack him - we will consider this option at the end of the article, but for now we will give the correct answers to his questions.

First question

Having collected the evidence that Scar pointed out to you, talk to him again and he will begin to ask his questions. For the first one: “Who was the real culprit behind the decline in lamb numbers?” (Who was the real culprit behind the diminishing number of lambs?) tell me "Shepherd" (The shepherd) because this is the correct answer.

Second question

Next Scar will ask: “What price did the lambs pay for their desires?” (What price did the lambs pay for their wishes?). To answer correctly, select: "Own Lives" (Their lives).

Third question

At the end, Scar will ask you what happened to the black lamb. The correct answer looks like this: "He was killed by his own flock and shepherd" (It was murdered by its flock and the shepherd).

What happens if you answer incorrectly

There are no penalties or penalties for choosing incorrect answers. In addition, you will not receive additional rewards if you answer all questions correctly.

So, in essence, you can choose any dialogue options - you will not fail the quest, and you will have to fight Scar anyway.

What happens if you attack Scar right away?

We already noted above that you can refuse to play the guessing game with Scar and immediately attack him when he asks you to collect evidence. To do this, go up to him and start a dialogue with him, and then select the option twice "Attack him" (Attack Him).

Then say: “Shut up and fight me with full force!” (Shut up and fight me properly!). Scar won't like this at first, but he'll eventually give in and agree to fight you. In this case, you will not need to collect evidence, so the boss fight will begin immediately. This will not affect the rewards or ending of the quest in any way.

However, you won't be able to watch the colorful animation that tells the story of the village and the lambs, and you'll also miss some of the informational dialogue. For this reason, if you are following the story and playing for the first time, we do not advise you to immediately attack Scar.
