In Genshin Impact local curiosities are special materials that are often used to elevate various heroes. Sometimes they are required to bring certain characters as part of the plot or secondary quests.
These materials are mostly found in the wilderness, so you're sure to find them in your normal exploration of the world. Calla Lily
- Required for Ascension: Kaeya and Diona
These flowers can easily be found near lakes. They grow in large numbers in Springvale. You can also buy them at the Whisper of Flowers store located in the town of Mondstadt. They cost 1000 Mora. We indicated the exact locations of these flowers in separate guide.
Wolfhook
- Required to ascend: Razor
Follow the path from the Wolfdom to the arena with the Lupus Borealis boss. You will notice quite a few wolf hooks there. They grow on the ground. We told more about the location of this curiosity in separate article.
You can also purchase this plant from a botanist named Chloris, who walks throughout the region. She usually roams the Valley of the Wind.
Valberry
- Required for Ascension: Lisa, Noelle and Rosaria
These fruits grow on bushes, so just walk up to the plants and pick them from the branches. You can find the necessary bushes in the location Stormbearer Mountains. The map below shows where to farm. We add that we told in more detail about the collection of this berry in separate guide.
Cecilia
- Required to ascend: Venti and Albedo
Head to Starcatcher's Rock to find these flowers. They are white in color, so they can blend into the landscape, so look for them by their golden sheen. You can also buy them at the Whisper of Flowers store located in the town of Mondstadt. They cost 1000 Mora. We told more about the location of this curiosity in separate article.
Windwheel Aster
- Required for Ascension: Bennett, Traveler and Sucrose
These flowers are often found under trees. They can be found near the Statue of the Seven in the Valley of the Wind and not far from Stormterror Lair. Philanemo Mushroom
- Required for Ascension: Barbara, Klee and Mona
Filanemo mushrooms are unique in that they can only be found under rooftops in Mondstadt. We recommend going to the Dawn Distillery or Springvale to find them. For more information on finding them, see separate guide.
You can also purchase this plant from a botanist named Chloris, who walks throughout the region. She usually roams the Valley of the Wind.
Dandelion Seed
- Required for Ascension: Jean and Eula
There is a little trick involved in collecting this material. The fact is that to get it, you must first find ordinary Jean: The Winds’ Course, and then use the Anemo skill on them. Small Lamp Grass
- Required for Ascension: Diluc, Fischl and Amber
Given the glow of this plant, it is much easier to collect it at night. However, no one forbids you to look for it during the day. You can find glowweed grass in the wild, especially in Wolfendom and Whispering Forest. We add that all the places where you can find firelight grass are indicated in our separate guide.
