The character you need is in the east, right behind the blacksmith. She is dressed in all purple. Unfortunately, she won't be able to help you either, so she will send you to Ying Er. It can be found behind the guild building. She is standing outside. You can flirt openly with her if you wish.

Meet Ying Er

After dealing with all the enemies, approach the cube and interact with it to create new light bridges that will connect other platforms. As soon as you get to the next larger area, you will be attacked by Geo slimes and a spider. Move carefully so as not to accidentally fall down.
After killing opponents, interact with the cube to create an air current. Jump into it and fly up. This will take you to the next platform, where you will need to jump over several floating stone platforms that will disappear after a certain period of time.
Get to the opposite side and deal with new slimes. Climb up the stairs. Here you will encounter Cryo and Hydro slugs (this is the worst combination possible). Deal with them using Pyro or Electro heroes, and then activate the cube in the center to create another air current.
Use the wind to get to a new area with another console. This time, you won't have to fight anyone. Keep moving up. Soon you will reach a platform with a table, chairs and other pieces of furniture. The Cleansing Bell you need will be on the table.

Do you remember the place where you bought Noctilucous Jade earlier? Return to this small area and talk to Granny Shan, who is located near the bench where the kites lie.
When you chat with her, Childe will appear, who will pay for the purchased items, since Zhongli will again have no money with him.
Hire three workers
Now you need to find three people who will help with the ritual. Childe will help pay for their work, and he will give you a purse containing 50,000 Mora. The first worker is nearby, halfway to the Adventurer's Guild. His name is Took and he will ask for 15,000 Mora for his services.
You can agree or try to bargain. Why try to lower the price? The fact is that you can keep all the saved sea. This means that if you can pay all three workers no more than 20,000 Mora, then the remaining 30,000 Mora will remain with you.
When trying to lower the scene, pay attention to the strip with hearts in the upper left corner. If a person does not like the amount offered, they will get angry, and the scale will drop a little. Do not try to underestimate the cost too much, otherwise it will not be possible to negotiate with the worker. The first, by the way, agrees to 10,000 Mora the first time.

Guizhong
Head to Booboo's Hut
It is located northwest of Liyue's Harbor north teleporter. Climb up to the marked location and watch a new cutscene with another playable character named Qiqi. As it turns out, she is a zombie. You will need to help her so she can help you later.
She wants you to repair the Guizhong Ballista and use it to hunt the Coconut Goat. Go in search of the right weapon.
Locate and inspect Ballista Guizhong
If you open the map, you will see that the required object is located to the west of where you are now. If you completed the world quest "A Little Game", then you know exactly where this ballista is. If not, then turn to the northwest exit of the city, and go under two stones blocking the main road.
Ahead you will see what looks like a broken gate. If you look up, you will notice a ballista on the right (north). If you've unlocked the teleporter nearby, you can simply jump off the high ground and glide down.
Upon arrival, check the ballista and watch the cut-scene with Zhongli. During it, you will be shown a room next to the weapon. You will need spare parts to repair the device. Jump down and enter the previously shown room. Climb through one of the windows and inspect the chests.
You can open another chest if you climb to the top of this building. Then proceed to repair the ballista. Check out the new cutscene showing the arrival of angry treasure thieves after they recently destroyed this ballista. Deal with all opponents (there will be 3 waves). We do not recommend knocking them down, as in this case you will have to go down and finish them off.

Head east and jump down to quickly reach your destination with flying. In the period from 18:00 to 23:00, Zhongli will sit at the table. Sit next to him and watch the new cutscene. You will learn a lot of new information about Ningguang and her Jade Palace.
