In Genshin Impact The Trail of Drake and Serpent is Encanomia world quest and part of the quest chain "From Dusk to Dawn in Byakuyakoku". As part of it, you have to get one of the three fragments by getting into the secret room in the Temple of Eternal Night. To do this, you have to solve a couple of puzzles. Passage of the quest "The Trail of Drake and Serpent"
How to start a task
It starts automatically during the quest "The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent". You will need to talk to the ghost of Aru in the tower of Dainichi Mikoshi, who will ask you to collect 3 fragments. You will receive one of them during this mission.
Head to the Temple of Eternal Night
Get to the eastern teleportation point of the tower, and then glide to the desired island. You should have enough stamina to do this, even if you haven't collected all the geocules and anemocules in the previous regions. Land on the destroyed bridge to enter the desired ruins.
Find the secret room
Three markers will appear on the mini-map, indicating traces of vishaps. You will need to inspect them. All of them are on the same floor in a small location, so there is no need to look for secret passages or go down into the manholes. The first is located a little to the left of the passage.
Turn left and go forward to find the second trail. Move further along the corridor and on the right near the passage you will notice the third clue (see the screenshots above).
Move forward until you find yourself in a room with a blocked mechanism. Rupture Hounds will attack you. Deal with all enemies. The console will unlock and you will be able to open the door. The Archive will also contain information about the Daises of Day and Night. We are talking about special devices that can only be used during the day or at night.
How to solve the puzzle with levers and a triangular mechanism
Nearby, by the way, you can find a mechanism that switches time to White or Eternal Night. A similar pedestal is located inside the secret room. You will need them in the future. Enter a new location - you need to go behind bars.
The first step is to switch to White Night. Then hit the mechanism in the center of the location twice and switch the left lever on the wall so that it points down. You should get the result shown in the 3rd screenshot below.
Next, hit the mechanism in the center again, but now only once. Then again switch the lever on the left so that it looks up. At the end, interact with the right lever so that it looks down. The final version is shown in the second screenshot below. Now just go to the side of the opened passage.
Go around the bars and up the stairs to reach a new area ahead. There will be a chest closed by a barrier. Several Rupture Hounds will appear. Deal with them to gain access to the chest containing the Resurrection Reins Fragment. This will complete the task.
