How to start a peace quest
The task opens after completing the mission "The Surreptitious Seven-Star Seal Sundering".
To start the quest, approach the bard Taliesin and talk to him. You can find the NPC in the territory of the Breach, in the Glazed Rock area. Using the nearest teleport, you will find yourself at the entrance to the geo-reconnaissance base. Just jump off the cliff and you will find a bard in the nearest tent.
He will tell you about the ring stolen by the ferret hoarders, and then ask you to find it in the camp of treasure thieves, where, according to rumors, these animals often appear.
Note: If you completed the quest "Chasm Spelunkers", then Taliesin will spawn in either the first or second camp in the Underground Rift Mines (one of the locations is shown in the screenshots below).
Where to find Taliesin's ring
After talking on the map of Teyvat, you will see a mark made by Taliesin. Getting to the indicated place is easy, as it is nearby. The easiest way to get there is to glide from the rock you are on in the right direction.
Once you reach the Treasure Thieves Camp, go to the tent, next to which lies a training manual for hoarding ferrets. After reading it, you will get valuable information about the feeding time of the animals and how to summon them.
Feeding time:
- ferret thief (12:00-23:59);
- ferret hoarder (02:00-11:59);
- ferret thief (00:00-01:59) - this particular animal stole the ring, so don't waste time calling others.
Ferret Challenge:
Change the time to the appropriate - 00:00-01:59. You can do this in the Paimon menu. To do this, open the tab with the image of the clock and move the dial hand to the desired time.
Climb onto the large rock with the glowing mark to the left of the tent. You will be pointed to it immediately after reading the manual.
Approaching the label, press the "whistle" key.
After that, a ferret will run out of the hole, which must be caught up and hit. As soon as you manage to do this, a Brass Ring will drop from the animal.
To complete the quest, return to Taliesin and give him the received decoration.
