In Resident Evil 4 (2023) Destroy the Blue Medallions 3 is one of the merchant orders, within which you need to find and knock down several pendants located in the Castle Gate location. In this guide, you will learn how to take this quest, where to find the talismans, and what exactly you will receive as a reward for destroying them.

How to start the "Destroy the Blue Medallions 3" quest
Go through the passage you were able to create with the cannon shot. To the right of the double wooden doors you will find another blue request note. To complete it, you have to find and break 6 blue medallions located in the previous location.
Their location will be indicated on your map. Below we will show the exact locations of all the talismans. Destroying these items will reward you with five spinels.
Blue medallion 1
Run back to the fortress wall and turn left towards the cannon. Behind her, in the stone pavilion, the pendant you need will hang.
Blue medallion 2
Turn around, stand near the cannon and look in the direction it is facing. You will see a blue talisman in the window. If you have a rifle with a good scope, then we advise you to use this weapon to destroy the medallion.
Blue medallion 3
After breaking the previous talisman, move the camera up and to the left to reveal the third medallion. It hangs to the left of a huge glass showcase. Again, we recommend that you use a rifle with a sniper scope.
Blue medallion 4
Run forward, turn right and then left and go down the stairs to the lower level. Go forward, turn right again and go down the stairs, around the tower. Then turn left and stand near the fence. The right place is shown in the screenshots below. You will see the talisman through a gap in the wall.
Blue medallion 5
Climb the stairs back to the cannon, and then go to the left of it and drop down into the hole in the wall. You will find yourself in a room where you previously destroyed the counterweight of the gun. The talisman will hang from the ceiling.
Blue medallion 6
Exit the counterweight room through the passage on the left. Once outside, climb up the wooden stairs. Then run forward, turn right, jump off the ledge and turn left. At the end of the path next to the red chest you will find the last medallion.
After destroying all the talismans, go through the double wooden doors that we talked about at the beginning of the guide and turn right to find the merchant's shop. Turn in the quest to him for a reward.
