How to start a task

Next, wait for a message from Shikui, a representative of the Flight Commission. She'll ask if you'd like to take part in the speed trial. Agree, and then go to the Central Harbor of the skiff shelter and chat with Tantan there.

This will complete the quest, and as a reward you will receive 250 development experience, 25 arrows, 15 thousand credits, 1 refined ether and 40 star jade.
How to unlock the achievement "The Simple Life"
After completing this mission, log into the game on the next calendar day. Luhui will contact you and inform you that she has decided not to fire Mei (your answers will not affect this in any way), so he will renew her contract with her.
