The Honkai: Star Rail A Teacher and a Friend is adventure mission Lofu Xianzhou, where you will need to choose the right manuscript, as well as decide what to do with an invitation to an engineer position from the Interstellar World Corporation, and where to go to unwind. How to start a task
Before you can access this quest, you will need to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Reach at least Mastery level 36.
- Complete the Exploration Mission "Only the Blind See the Truth, Only Heaven Will Punish the Sinners."
After fulfilling the indicated requirements, wait for the message from Qing Que to arrive, and then answer it. After that, teleport to the anchor "Secret Wharf" of the Crafts Commission and find your friend there - enter into a dialogue with her.
How to find teacher Ryan's manuscript and choose the right one
Go to the northwestern part of the location (there will be a teleportation point) and go a little further west. Enter the inside of the building through the side passage, climbing the stairs to the right and examining the inconspicuous door. Then watch a short video.
Qingque took away a whole pile of papers, so you will need to choose the correct manuscript from the four offered. Specify to the third, which is dedicated to the construction of stellar skiffs. However, even if you make a mistake, your friend will point it out, and your reward will not change in any way.
What to do with an invitation to the position of an engineer
In a pile of manuscripts, you will also find a job offer. You can leave it or take it with you. We recommend that you choose the option where Chengjie himself must decide what to do with him. - this will not drastically affect the quest, but it will make it possible to improve the mood of the guy.
Immediately after the conversation, you will have to fight the enchanted inventions, the vulnerabilities of which are shown in the screenshot below. Because of the battle, the manuscript will be damaged. You will need to decide what to say to the young man: tell the truth or that the monsters did it.
Where to go with Chengjie to unwind
Go to the student and tell him what happened. Of course, he will be upset by what happened, so you decide to go somewhere with him so that he can relax a little. Can choose any option, since this will not affect the ending and rewards in any way, but will only slightly change the dialogues.
In any case, you will go to the bridge to watch the star skiffs. Then talk to Chengjie. After that, you can send him an invitation to work as an engineer. The guy will be inspired by this and will want to take up the restoration of the manuscript.
Photograph the skiff in the stages of germination, embryo, growth and formation
First of all, move to the anchor "Star House" in the Port of Stargazer Navalia and stand in the highlighted place. The student will say that he needs graphic materials to get started, that is, photographs of all stages of creating star skiffs.
The first stage is germination. Go down the stairs (you don't have to fight the enemies) and stand near the big glass cube with water. There will be a star ship inside. Then take a picture of this tank by pressing the "R" key (if the loading scale does not appear, then try to stand a little further away from the structure).
Second stage - germ. Teleport to the anchor "Ship Incubator - Rostock", and then go down the stairs and deal with the enemy. Stand near the water cube and talk to Chengzu again. Next, you will need to remove this tank on camera.
However, it is difficult to see anything from this angle, so you will be asked to take a picture of the skiff in the embryonic stage in another place. Go down the stairs even lower and fight with three groups of opponents. We advise you to take Serval to the squad.
Third stage - height. Teleport to the anchor "Wharf" and you will immediately see the desired tank. Watch the new video. You will find that Chengjie has disappeared somewhere. After that, you have to fight a group of enemies (their vulnerabilities are shown in the picture below).
When the battle is over, talk to the student again. Now you can safely take a picture of the aquarium with air transport during the growth stage.
Fourth stage - formation. From your current location, head east a bit and stand in the indicated area. Talk to the engineer, and then take the last picture, which needs to capture Chengjie near the skiff. Now it will not be enough just to point the lens at the ship - you also need to press the "F" key.
At the end, talk to the student again. This will complete the task. As a reward, you will receive 250 development experience, 15 thousand credits, 25 arrows, 1 traveler's guide and 40 star jade.
Walkthrough of the mission "Teacher and Friend: Sequel I"
Note that immediately after completing the previous quest, you can get its short next part. To do this, simply move to another location (you may need to teleport to the Crafts Commission) and wait for a message from Chengjie.
Next, move to the anchor "Secret Wharf" in the Crafts Commission and chat with the desired character there. You can choose any answer options, as this will not affect the ending and rewards in any way.
When the conversation ends, the mission will come to an end. As a reward, you will receive 10,000 credits and Celestial Joy. Now wait for the next calendar day to access the last quest in the Master and Friend: Sequel II chain.
