In Honkai: Star Rail, the Time Express is a companion mission in which you have to help a Serval who wishes to join the Star Express. You will need to collect her luggage and solve the puzzle with the terminals. If you're having trouble getting and completing this quest, check out our walkthrough.

How to start a task
Before you can take on its implementation, you will need to comply with a couple of conditions, which include:
- Reach at least Mastery level 32.
- Complete the adventure mission called "When Business Knocks at the Door".
Having dealt with the indicated requirements, wait for a message from Serval, which will offer you to meet at the Goethe Hotel. Move to the Administrative District on Yarilo-VI, enter the hotel, go up the stairs and chat with the girl.
Who to ask about Serval's request
The owner of the workshop will want to join the Star Express to explore new worlds with you. However, you will need to ask the rest of the team for permission. There will be three options to choose from: Himeko, Pom-Pom or Velt.
Can ask any of them, since it will not affect the ending of the task in any way. In addition, any of them will say that the Star Express is open to everyone, so you can choose any answers in a dialogue with them.
Help Serval collect the luggage
Exit the hotel and go to the Serval workshop. Inside you will find the mistress and the Cheetah. Talk to them. Then, together with the Cheetah, go to the Qliphoth Fort and watch a new video. Next, chat with the brother and sister outside to find out what connected Serval and Cocolia.
Next, return to the workshop and chat with friends again. Then you will need to help Serval pack her things - you need to find four items. First, pick up the unfinished letter lying on the table. Then examine the rare plant specimen on the workbench.
Now interact with the Serval guitar standing near the window. At the end, inspect the portable heater by clicking on the "repair" button.
You can repair this device if you wish. In this case, you will need to solve the puzzle with modular magnets. You will not receive an additional reward, but you will be able to listen to the story of the past of the Landau family. The picture below shows the solution to the puzzle.
At the end, talk to Serval and Cheetah again. The latter will ask you to accompany him to the Underdark to help negotiate with Wildfire. This task will come to an end. As a reward, you will receive 350 exploration experience, 60 star jade, 25 thousand credits, 200 shields, 2 traveler's guides and a recipe for a Disposable Kinetic Arm.
In addition, you will also unlock the next part of the Serval quest chain called "Just a Child".
