How to open a task
To get this quest, first of all you need to complete the mission "New Horizons of Adventure", after which dailies in Fontaine's territory will become available to you. Daily quests are randomized, but you can increase the chance of getting the Days Beneath the Waves quest by selecting the appropriate region in the Traveler's Handbook.
Find Willow
A diver who needs your help is standing on the coast in a southwest direction from the village of Poisson. Start a conversation with him so Yves can talk about his problem, as well as indicate the location of the lost item.
Empty the chest
