How to start a task
You will be able to take on its passage during or after completing the mission "Game of the Rich". After another conversation with Lanoir and Caterpillar, rest on the bed, and the next morning study the board and leave the boy's room. A little ahead and to the left you will notice a researcher named Nakul. Chat with him and agree to help him. After this, the corresponding quest should appear in your journal.
What to say to the person behind the door
You will need to persuade the man behind the iron door to rent out his room for 54,000 coupons. Go to the indicated door in the barracks and interact with it. A scale with hearts will appear, indicating the mood of the interlocutor. Your answers will lower or lower it - try to keep the bar high.
Note: However, you can complete the quest even if you completely fail the negotiations, and the reward will not change, so you can say whatever you want if you want. We will present the most optimal option.
