How to start a task
First of all, you will need to complete the quest line called "Unfinished Comedy", taking the Lanoir girl to her family. After this, wait for the next day (calendar).
Now move to the administrative floor of the Meropid Fortress, where the coupon canteen is located, and go to the Rags and Bones outlet, located in the southeast of the level. There, talk to Alvard and purchase a book from him called “The Art of Negotiation” by spending 20 premium coupons.
Take the Monglan survey
Immediately after purchasing the book, a conversation begins with Paimon, in which she will advise you to go to Monlan and take part in a survey she is conducting to receive a reward. Exit the store, turn right and run to the entrance to the zigzag corridor. There, near the reception desk, you will find a secretary.
Chat with the girl. She won't be very happy about your arrival, but she will still allow you to participate in the survey. You can give three different answers to questions: agree with her opinion, disagree, or use a universal line from the book. You can choose any options, as they will not affect the ending in any way.
You will still be able to complete the survey and receive a reward of 150 Adventure Points, 20 thousand Mora, 20 Primogems and 280 Coupons. You will also have the "Non-Zero-Sum Game" trophy unlocked.
