How to start a task
First of all, in order for the quest to appear in your journal, open dailies in the Hydro region by completing the task "New Horizons of Adventure". In addition, you need to familiarize yourself with the history of the institute by completing a chain of quests "Fontaine Research Institute Chronicles".
To make the task more likely to happen, do not forget to mark Fontaine as a region for daily affairs in your Directory.
Talk to Shalme
You can find a girl in one of the institute buildings, to the east Experimental field generator. She injured her lower back, so she can't drag the big box down. You will have to help her.
Next, Shalme may ask you to bring one of the boxes with documents - on the left or right table. After leaving the building, you can use a special stream that will take you to the right place.
