Good Omen, My Friend in Honkai Star Rail: How to Solve the Spheromet Riddle and Find Treasures

    Zorthrus

In Honkai: Star Rail Good Omen, My Friend is Development mission and part of the Sound and the Fury quest chain, during which you will need to solve the Sphere Launcher puzzle by turning the screens correctly and find the treasure of the boss Stone. If you have any difficulties receiving and completing the task, then study our guide.

Walkthrough of the Development mission “A Good Omen, My Friend”

    How to start a task

Access to it opens automatically immediately after completing the last quest in the line called "Tales of the Golden Age". Just take a look at your mission log and start tracking it if it hasn't already been selected as a priority.

    Head to Pepeshi Pepe's Salon

After talking with Sampo, run southeast to the next quest sign. Next, enter the alley and approach the golden ball to start a conversation with your friends. Next you will need to solve the spheromet puzzle.

Activate the sphere launcher and read the instructions for its use. In short, you will need to rotate the screens correctly to connect two spheres (the beam should be green) located on opposite sides to each other. The screenshot below shows the correct option.

Having connected the spheres, start the system by pressing “Space”. For the first solution to the riddle you will receive an achievement "Don't shake your soda". Then continue running forward towards the quest marker until you reach the bouncer Pepesha - chat with him. At the end of the conversation, you will receive 4 prototypes of emotions, which you will use a little later.

How to find Boss Stone's treasure

Go to the TV that the marker is pointing to. You will have to touch it anyway. This will begin the "Adventures of Hanu I" challenge. Having transformed into Hana, go to the small door and click on it to get to another location. Here you have to find a treasure.

Run forward to the quest marker, turn right, approach the balloon in the shape of a snake's head and examine it. Turn the camera to the right of the ball and you will see a TV that you need to interact with to regain your previous appearance. Now just blow up the barrier and transform back into a detective.

Go through the opened passage and approach the grate. Interact with the blue rocket to move to the other side. Now click on the other rocket to the left of the normal chest to move to the board above. Approach the luxurious one and open it to receive treasures - the Duke's Flame Crown (5-star relic) and Emotion Prototype: Freedom for a Moment.

Note that in the labyrinth you can find two more ordinary chests. Return to the location (if you left it) through the door, go a little forward and on the left behind the screen you will find a casket.

Return to the grate (along the way you can free the origami bird stuck in the nightstand) and fly over it again. On the other side, click on the TV to return to normal form, and explode the pink ball, and then take the contents of the second chest.

Having obtained all the things, return to Sampo and Firefly. Regain your normal appearance and chat with your friends.

Teleport to the Oti Mall on the second floor of the location and approach Dr. Edward. Give him all the previously obtained prototypes of emotions. After this, you will find yourself in a dream within a dream, starting the intermediate mission “Lullaby of the North Wind”.

    How to find Firefly

After completing the task, you will return back. Sampo will point out that the dream quite accurately shows the situation that has developed in Penaconia, and will advise you not to trust everyone. Firefly will escape and you will have to find her to find out what secret she is hiding.

This will complete the mission, and as a reward you will receive 600 Mastery experience, 80 star jades, 66 thousand credits, 4 purified ether, 6 traveler's guides and 4 lost crystals.
