Walkthrough of the mission "Clockwork: Garcia" in Honkai: Star Rail
How to start a task
Before you can undertake it, you will need to complete the story quest chain "In our time" and a side mission "Rest in the scorched sands". Next, move to the “Qualifying Site” anchor, located in the south of the Scorched Sands Qualifying Site from “Uslada” and go a little forward. To the right of the door you will see Garcia standing facing the wall.
Enter into a dialogue with the guy. The strongest competitor is sure that we used cheats during the qualifying competition, so he will want the Trailblazer to give him the title of champion, after which the battle will begin - this can be considered the formal start of the quest.
How to replenish Garcia's emoticon face
You will first have to fight a group of enemies from the Nightmare Troupe, whose vulnerabilities are demonstrated in the screenshot below. We advise you to take damage dealers that hit in an area in order to quickly deal with all opponents.
When the battle ends with your victory, talk to the contestant again. The defeat has not cooled him down, so he will promise to get even with you in the future. Talk to him again and select the “Start Clockwork” option. Next use gear "Rest" to activate the emoticon face.
Garcia will ask you to complete his task. If you succeed, he will promise not to bother you anymore. You can refuse him, saying that you do not want to waste time on him, but even then, the quest “Clockwork: Garcia” will start and you will have to complete it to receive the reward.
How to solve the Dreamworld walker puzzle
A broken watch will appear near the guy, which you have to fix. The “repair” itself follows the same principle as in the case of other Walkers of the World of Dreams, that is, you will need to move the blocks correctly so that Chasik can get to the gears.
Assemble the first and second gears
Push the zigzag yellow shape all the way up and move the center yellow block to the right. Now move the top yellow block down, resting it against the black cube. All that remains is to move the mirror down a little to create a path to the first part.
Next, click twice on the red blocks at the top to form them into a path to the gold piece. The entire process of solving the puzzle is demonstrated in the gif below. We advise you to read it if you have any difficulties.
After solving the riddle, do not forget to wake up the watch. Then talk to Garcia again. He will apologize, but will still consider himself a winner. This will bring the quest to an end. As a reward, you will receive 100 Mastery points, 10 star jades, 3 lost crystals, an “Ambassador” sticker, a gold Aiden token (limited), 20 thousand credits and 180 hour credits.
Now teleport to any other area, and then return back to the Qualification Site. You can find Garcia to the right of where he used to stand, next to a huge speaker.
Enter into a dialogue with him and start his clockwork. Then change the emotion to Delight to gain two Silent Calms from him. You will not receive anything for other emotions.
