Insider group TeamChina has revealed that during the Meetup with Keia, who is rumored to be appearing in Genshin Impact After the release of patch 3.8, players will be able to meet two new characters.
The first of these will be a unique NPC like Dvorak, the musician from Fontaine, who played an important role in the storyline of the Night Harmony of Strings event. The fact is that a character was found in the quest using the same placeholder - the skin of Timea.
The second can be a playable Achievement: Hero who uses Keqing appearance as a placeholder. Based on his actions during the quest, it appears to be a male character with a teenager's body (Bennett, Chongyun), so they assume it is Lynn. This 5-star Pyro Archer, according to previous leaks, will be released in Update 4.0.
On the other hand, the first screenshots from the Meeting have already appeared on the network, in which you can see an unknown character with the Keqing skin, and Keii is not visible on them. Therefore, many have suggested that under this appearance the captain of the cavalry is actually hiding, but in a new suit. Recall that in patch 3.8 this character should get an additional outfit made in the style of Sumeru.
Plus, this has happened before when the developers were preparing to release a new Lisa skin. It will be possible to find out for sure only at the end of June, when the studio will stream on update 3.8.
