The NetherRealm Studios team has posted a new trailer for their upcoming fighting game Mortal Kombat 1. It was published during the recent DreamCon All-Starr tournament and was called "The Keepers of Time".
In this video, the developers have introduced a new character that players can play as - Geras. We are talking about the keeper of a powerful artifact that can control time flows and rebuild the universe. This character was first shown in Mortal Kombat 11, where he appeared as Kronika's assistant. Now he is helping Liu Kang.
In combat, this hero can stop time and use sand as a weapon. The trailer also showed off the fire god Liu Kang. We remind you that the release of the project is scheduled for September 14 this year. It will be playable on computers and consoles of the current generation, including the Nintendo Switch.
