Insider Pale posted a new video from the beta testing of patch 4.1 for Genshin Impact. This time she decided to showcase the Nevillet (Hydro, Catalyst) and Risley's (Cryo, Catalyst) menus.

As a reminder, Nevillet is Fontaine's Chief Justice, and his release may take place in the first half of the upcoming update. Risley also holds the post of head of the fortress Meropid (underwater prison). It may come out in the second phase of the update.
We add that the harunachan informant showed Fontaine's new locations on the map, and a new port, reminiscent of Romaritime Flower, is marked with a red cross on it. It is not known exactly when the new areas will be added, but most likely it will happen already in version 4.1.
