Linze's informant posted a video showing the Traveler's first meeting with Harlequin. Apparently, this acquaintance will take place as part of the new Archons quest, coming out in patch 4.1 for Genshin Impact.

Unfortunately, the very model of the 4th harbinger of Fatui was not shown in the video - instead, you can see Keqing, which often plays the role of a temporary plug. It is not clear what exactly Arlekino was talking about with the main character, but almost immediately after her departure, Nevillet approached the Traveler.
Harlequin is rumored to be a playable character in the future. True, this will happen only at the end of the Fontaine arc, that is, in patch 4.6 or 4.7, which will be released only next year. Insiders note that she belongs to the Pyro element and uses polearms in battle. Her abilities will be tied to changing health.
