Alekarl/House of Daena insiders note that in update 4.2 for Genshin Impact developers will expand Fontaine again, this time to the west. A map of new locations with their names in Russian has already appeared on the Internet.
Informant snezhfed indicates that on the territory of the new area there is a weeping willow tree, which at first will look lifeless, but as part of one of the quests (possibly plot), players will be able to “revive” it again. In the screenshot above you can see both versions of the tree.
New information has also surfaced online about the weekly boss Ptahur, a giant whale that was featured at the end of the Archon quest "Cataclysm’s Quickening." It is noted that the battle with him will consist of four stages: first there will be a fight with the whale itself, and in the second phase it will turn into a huge black knight (perhaps the fight will take place inside the monster) with a pneumus shield. At the third stage there will again be a fight with a whale, and at the fourth - again with a knight.
Renderings of the whale have also appeared, in which you can see how big it will be, as Childe's figure can be seen in the pictures. Most likely, Ptakhur will hover above the ground. Although it is possible that the battle with him will take place under water.
