A large-scale presentation took place tonight Dragon's Dogma 2, during which it became known that this role-playing action game would be the first Capcom project, the cost of which in the USA would be 70 dollars, and in Europe – 75 euros. Most likely, subsequent major games from the Japanese publisher will also be sold at the new increased price.
The company also published a new story trailer for the game, which showcases cutscenes and gameplay. They briefly showed the hero editor with the ability to change many settings, including the character’s weight. In addition, you can play as a representative of not only human, but also animal races.
In the published footage you can see battles with various monsters, including the golem Talos. The developers note that such giants can be defeated in a variety of ways. The video also shows an elf settlement. It is indicated that in order to understand the language of the pointy-ears, a pawn with a special skill must be present in the squad.
Note that the events of the second part take place on the territory of two countries at once - Vermunda, in which people live, and Battala, inhabited by beast races. Both kingdoms suffer from the actions of a fire-breathing dragon who stole the heart of the main character. The project will be released on March 22, 2024.
