Russian localization, comparison with GTA V, PC version in 2027 and other GTA VI details

In just one day first video Grand Theft Auto VI has been viewed just over 99 million times, setting the record for the fastest-growing number of views for a non-music video on YouTube. On the same day, new details about the project began to appear.

For example, Rockstar Games has opened access to official page sixth part on its website, and it turned out to be completely translated into Russian. So we can assume that GTA VI will receive Russian localization. However, we are most likely talking only about subtitles, as is the case with other studio projects.

Note that this page also indicates that the game will be released only on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles. In this regard, gaming analysts began to put forward their assumptions about the release date of the PC version. If the project will be released on consoles in early 2025, then it may appear on computers in the winter of 2026. Otherwise, PC players will have to wait until early 2027.

They came to similar conclusions by studying information on the company's previous releases. The fact is that Red Dead Redemption 2 appeared on computers 12 months after the console release, and GTA V only 19 months later. However, with the sixth part they are unlikely to delay the release of the PC version so much. Firstly, the fifth part was released at the junction of a generational change, which is unlikely to happen in 2026. Secondly, the PC market has grown significantly since then, so it has become more important for publishers.

So the new part will be released on PC approximately 1-1.5 years after the console release. Let us add that fans have already released a video in which they compared the graphics of GTA VI and GTA V. The new product is ahead of its predecessor in object density, texture quality, general detail, lighting and body physics.

The protagonists will be Lucia and her boyfriend Jason, who followed a crooked criminal path, wanting to solve all their financial problems.
