According to him, the third banner will exist separately from the current event prayers. It will include several old heroes at once, allowing you to be guaranteed to get the desired legendary character that is not included in the standard banner.
The guarantor system remains the same: for 90 spins you can get a 5-star character with 100% probability, and for 180 spins you can get exactly the chosen hero. From the 75th spin, the probability of knocking out a legend will gradually increase.
Uncle 404 confirmed that, most likely, the new banner will be implemented in version 4.5. The developers will use it to rerun characters who participate in the storyline of the main events of the patch, that is, in update 4.4 Ganyu and Shenhe would have been there, for example.
