Lightning Games has posted a new trailer. Outpost: Infinity Siege, in which you can see story inserts and gameplay footage. At the end of the video, they showed the exact release date of the project – March 26, 2024. It's a PC exclusive and can already be wishlisted on Steam.
The game is being developed by TeamRanger studio and is an explosive mixture of several popular genres: first-person shooters, strategies, tower defense and even RPG. Players will have to defend their bases by building various defensive structures, controlling their troops and personally participating in battles, both on their own and while sitting in a huge mech.
As for the plot, everything is quite banal - artificial intelligence has taken up arms against people and is now planning to destroy all of humanity using various robots. The game is developed based on Unreal Engine. Its system requirements can be found in the picture above.
