There will be a release by the end of this summer Star Wars Outlaws, and Ubisoft has already managed to disappoint many fans with another dubious decision in terms of donated content: the developers have officially announced that Jabba’s mission, expected by many, will be exclusive to season pass holders.
The plot of the mission is based on the suddenly revealed connection between Jabba and ND-5, the protagonist’s droid companion. The crime boss offers the heroes a task, which may be related to the fact that ND-5 has long been in debt to the Hutt.
Apart from the synopsis, almost nothing is known about the mission, only that the quest will become available directly with the release of Star Wars Outlaws. And the appearance of Jabba, as the developers themselves mentioned, will not be an isolated one. The Hutt, as the head of one of the attacking factions, will be one of the regular quest givers.
How large the purchase quest will be and how much players who do not want to purchase a season pass will lose is also unclear. Ubisoft plans to release Star Wars Outlaws August 30, 2024.
