HoYoverse during a recent broadcast on Genshin Impact showed the players two important videos at once: the first is dedicated to the twins (the main characters), and the second to Natlan.
The animated video tells about the adventures of Iter and Lumine, who find themselves in Teyvat after meeting a mysterious deity. Brother and sister travel through a world unknown to them along almost the same route, but with a difference of several centuries. In this case, the girl is accompanied by Dainsleif, and the boy by Paimon. A song from HOYO-MiX performed by Japanese singer Aimer plays in the background.
The second trailer is a teaser for Natlan, where you can see three types of saurians that the protagonist can “reincarnate” into to explore the new Pyro region. Each of these “dragons” has unique features:
- Geosaurians are capable of moving underground, easily climbing sheer cliffs.
- Hydro saurians can swim quickly through both water and lava.
- Dendro saurians can jump high and create special marks, the principle of which is similar to the four-leaf symbols from Sumeru.
In Natlan you can also meet Piro, Electro and Anemo saurians. Their skills will have to be shown in the very near future. It is noted that the Traveler will be able to tame all these “dragons” and call upon them at any time to solve puzzles or overcome obstacles.
