Genshin Impact 4.7 release date
HoYoverse usually releases updates every six weeks, so the next patch should be released soon June 5, 2024. It will be replaced version 4.8 approximately July 17 of this year.
You can preload the client a few days before its release. The developers will probably carry out technical work, which can last up to 5 hours. Players are usually given compensation in the amount of 300-600 source stones.
Live broadcast on Genshin Impact 4.7
The development team almost always holds special streams one and a half to two weeks before the release of a new update. They usually take place on Friday-Sunday. For this reason, the live broadcast of version 4.7 must take place May 24-26, 2024 at 15:00 Moscow time. During it they will place three promotional codes for 300 primogems.
New characters and banners
The miHoYo team has already officially presented three new characters that will appear in the upcoming patch: Clorinda, Sijwyn and Sethos. Insiders shared information about their abilities and rerans of other characters.
First phase banners
Informants suggest that in the first half of the patch the following fighters will be presented in banners:
- 5-star – Clorinda (Electro, one-handed sword) and Wriothesley (Cryo, catalyst).
- 4-star – Sethos (Electric, Onion).
Disputes often arise in the Cour de Fontaine: a writer will accuse the reader of copying his style, making it difficult to distinguish between the original work and a carbon copy, or merchants may quarrel amid fierce competition. Such mundane disputes are usually resolved "on the spot" by law enforcement officers, but particularly enterprising brawlers prefer litigation for the sake of fame - at least this was once a popular practice. Mrs. Clorinda is known as the strongest judicial duelist, and with her appearance, “duels for glory” have sunk into oblivion, because the brunette’s sharp blade is capable of exposing the most vile intentions, causing the hidden motives of the cunning to gradually fade away.
Sethos is an experienced and benevolent desert guide who saves inexperienced travelers from the traps of the sand sea. The guy is well oriented in the surrounding area, knows the way between oases, uses the sun for navigation and loves to cover distances between the desert and the tropical forest. He is a sociable and interesting conversationalist and knows how to listen to the stories of other explorers, which helps him learn and enjoy traveling. Perhaps someday Sethos will decide to change his life and enter Sumeru Academy, but when this will happen depends only on his Wishes.
As for the weapon banner, you should expect the appearance of Clorinda's signature weapon (its name is unknown) and the Cashflow Supervision catalyst.
Second phase banners
In the second half of the update (starts on June 26), the following fighters will most likely undergo reruns:
- 5-star – Sijwin (Hydro, Onion) and Navia (Geo, two-handed sword).
- 4-star – unknown yet.
The infirmary in the Meropid Fortress, managed by Chief Nurse Sijwin, can be called the warmest place in the underwater fortress. During its existence, an unspoken law was established among prisoners: do not attack hospital workers. Mrs. Sidgwin, known for her kindness and care, has saved quite a few lives of criminals, but she has never crossed the line: Melusina does not expect praise or gratitude, because after recovery the offenders will still face punishment.
In “Incarnation of a Deity” you will be able to get the signature Onion of Sijwin (its name is still unknown) and the two-handed ax Judgment (signature of Navia).
Mondstadt: Blessing of the Chronicles
Informants suggest that this banner in patch 4.7 will be dedicated to Liyue, so we will see the following characters in it: Shenhe (Cryo, spear), Ganyu (Cryo, Onion), Hu Tao (Pyro, spear), Yelan (Hydro , Onion), Keqing (Electro, one-handed sword), Qiqi (Cryo, one-handed sword).
