How to open Taishan Mansion Dungeon

In order to unlock this area, you will need to travel to the northeast corner of Cloud's Limit. At the top of the stairs towards the lake, look to your right and you will see an orange "pillar" on top of the pedestal. This orange thing is actually a switch, so get up on the pedestal and activate the monument. This will drain the lake slightly and open another orange switch.
