Where to find a neutron bomb
You can get to the required area at the very beginning of the quest chain "Heavenly Journey on a Star Raft". If you still cannot find this item in the place indicated below, then we advise you to try to advance along the main plot.
So, go to the teleport "Star Skiff Pier", located in the northwestern area of the Central Harbor of the Star Skiff Refuge. Then head west down the stairs and approach the closed kiosk. To the left of it, you will be able to inspect the delivery box - do it.

How to use the neutron bomb
This item will appear in your inventory in the "Missions" section. The description indicates that we are talking about a thermonuclear projectile that constantly reads the biodata of the registrar, that is, the person who discovered it. If he throws out the box, then the countdown will start - all this is a huge easter egg on Death Stranding, in which the protagonist received a similar package when completing one of the tasks.
The description of the item states that it is likely "to be thrown into the lake". So move to the anchor "Veranda of Elixir Research" in the Alchemy Commission" and then run a little ahead, turn right and go down the stairs to the pier. Pass the navigational compass and you will receive a message from Jing Yuan, who will ask you to hand over the strange item to Qingzu.
Next, you will have two options for solving the problem: throw a bomb into the lake or give the Ten Lords Commission. We note right away that the second choice is preferable, since in this case you will immediately get 3 high moral praise. We have discussed both methods below.

Option 2: take the bomb to the Abode of Divine Providence
