The riddle is located on the territory between Marcotte station and fountain Lucin.
How to solve the Hydro Monument and Intelligence Crystals puzzle
In order to remove the red Hurdle from the Hydro Monument, you will first have to activate all the moisture level intelligence crystals.
Open the romarines
Next to the 3 crystals at the monument, romarines grow - in order to open and collect them, you need to work on them with the Hydro element.
Shamachurly and rich chest
3 more crystals are located a little south of the monument. They are surrounded by Shamachurls and Hydro Slimes. When fighting them, try to dispel the Hydro from the slimes or wait until the shamachurls make it rain and the crystals activate - if you kill them before that, the monsters will respawn and the fight will continue indefinitely until they activate the crystals.
After the victory, you will receive a rich chest.
Hydro stone and rich chest
Head east. Here you will see 3 more crystals and Hilichurls digging the ground. Defeat the monsters and dig up the Hydro Stone. Break it with any attack to activate the crystals. As a reward, you will receive a rich chest.
By digging in other places, by the way, you can find a carrot and a Sunsettia, a Dendro slime and 2 crystal butterflies.
Amazing Chest
Now go north. Here, slide the crystals into the water in the order shown. This must be done as quickly as possible, because the crystals return to land after a few seconds. If you don’t have time, we advise you to use Anemo Resonance, which increases the speed of movement, or heroes whose skills allow you to move faster - Sayu, Rosaria (at night), Dehya (afternoon) Mona or Kamisato Ayaka.
In an amazing chest, you will find a blueprint "Court of Justice’s Barrier".

After solving all the riddles, the monument will be unlocked. Interact with it to make it rain and nearby crystals to activate. As a reward, you will receive another amazing chest - with the blueprint "Passage’s Plentiful Produce."
