Energy Concentrating Component in Genshin Impact are parts that you can find by completing world quests or defeating enemies in the open world. There are 7 such parts in total, with their help you can earn the achievement “The Worst! Fontaine’s Eight Evil Clockwork Knights!" and a luxurious chest.
What is a Energy Concentrating Component ?
According to the description, these are mek parts with rings added to store energy. You can find them in your inventory in the "Quest" section.
Where to find cumulative energy storage devices
In total you need to find 7 parts. They are all located in approximately the same area, not far from the Research Institute.
First drive
From the Archon Statue in the Liffey area, climb over the rocks to the southwest. In the clearing you will find a construction mek. Destroy it to get the first drive.
Second drive
Go to the eastern slope of Mon Esus and run northeast, to the very edge of the map. There you will find the Fatui Camp and ruins. Climb onto the dilapidated column, take the block usii and attack the mechanism next to the mek, then defeat it itself.
Third drive
Go underwater to the teleport above the lair Seahorse of a thousand-year-old pearl. At the moving point you will immediately see a xenochrome jellyfish - borrow its powers and attack the mek fish. The enemy may summon smaller meks, but don't pay attention to them - when you defeat the main automaton, the others will disappear.
Fourth drive
Now teleport to the Seahorse's lair itself. Fly past the boss arena to the southeast. Dive underwater and swim until you reach dry land.
Walk a little further and you'll find a mek standing in front of a plate of food. Explore it - pick up the "Delicious Duck Confit" - to activate the mek and fight him, then collect the part from his metal corpse.
Fifth drive
Travel to the teleporter north of the new Fontaine Research Institute and go down to the small pond. There are two meks there, defeating which will give you the part you need.
Sixth and seventh drives
You will find these parts during the world quest "Road to the Singularity" : After the first pipe puzzle, you will encounter two Automata, and defeating them will reward you with drives.
How to use cumulative storage
After completely completing the above quest, you will be taken to a room with two chests. One of them will be available upon completion of the quest, and to open the second one we will need the drives.
To begin, interact with the gear mechanism to the right of the cage, and then open the cage itself.
