In Honkai: Star Rail Misha is 4 star character, which has an Ice fighting type and belongs to the path of Destruction. In a team, he can play the role of a primary or secondary damage dealer, aimed at causing damage to opponents with direct attacks and freezing. In this guide we will tell you about his best builds, light cones And relics. You can also find out about the recommended units with him.

    Main features of Misha

    How to get Misha

It can be knocked out from several banners:

    • In "Starting Jump" it drops with a low probability.
    • In Star Leap, it drops with the standard chance for epic heroes.
    • In Event Jump: Character, he has an increased drop rate if marked in the list of 4-star heroes.
    • In Event Jump: Cone of Light, it drops at the standard chance for Epic Heroes.

The current event banners with it - “Ripple in Reflection” and “Rainbow-Flashing Wrath” - are held in the first half of patch 2.0. If you want to know in advance about his future rerun, we advise you to bookmark this article. Note that HoYoverse sometimes gives away 4-star characters during events.

    Progression of Misha's characteristics

In the table below you can see how the hero's basic parameters change as his level increases.

Level Attack Power Protection HP Speed
    1 82 54 173 96
    20 159 105 337 96
    40 306 202 648 96
    60 453 300 959 96
    80 600 397 1270 96

Note that its critical damage, critical hit chance and taunt are 50%, 5% and 125 units respectively at any level, and its energy reserve is 100 units.

    Advantages and disadvantages of Misha

Thanks to his unique abilities, he can deal significant ice damage to single targets. Its advantages also include:

    • An unusual superpower mechanic, based on the accumulation of charges during combat, and both the hero himself and his allies can gain levels for the ultimate. This reduces the need for Misha to use the skill every turn, leaving points for those characters who need them most now.
    • Misha is great for fighting strong single opponents, as his ultimate can deal significant damage to them (with open Eidolons), because all 10 of its charges will hit one target. But even without E6, the superpower will be a good help in battle, as it can effectively break through the resistance of bosses and elite enemies.
    • It has a very low ultimate cost (100 units), which allows you to spam it almost every 3-4 turns. At the same time, his talent additionally restores his energy when his allies use their skills.
    • It will also be useful when fighting a large number of enemies, since his ultimate has a considerable chance of freezing opponents. Given that the super hits random targets, you'll be able to freeze more than half the mobs in the arena quite often, especially if they have an ice vulnerability.
    • He has high base health, and Traces increase his defense. All this significantly increases the hero’s survivability, which is extremely useful given the fairly high taunt rate.

However, you should not consider this employee of the “Dreams” hotel an ideal character, since he also has his drawbacks, namely:

    • Without the presence of Eidolons, it will be almost impossible to turn Misha into a good main damage dealer. In this case, he will only be able to play the role of a sub-DD, aimed at freezing opponents and destroying their durability.
    • In the role of a sub-damper, he will be almost completely useless if the enemies do not have ice vulnerability, which turns him into a rather narrowly targeted damage dealer.
    • The ult deals damage to random enemies, which can cause great difficulty when fighting bosses and elite enemies that can summon minions, since the damage will not be dealt to the main target.
    • The probability of applying Freeze depends on the chance of hitting Misha’s effects, so it needs to be increased to at least 20-30% so that, together with Traces, the ult can be guaranteed to freeze enemies.
    • It has a relatively low speed, which will have to be increased with relics.
    • The main damage depends on the hero’s attack strength. Don't forget to increase his crits as well. All this can lead to certain difficulties when trying to balance Misha's characteristics.

    Misha's abilities

When using a basic attack “I-I’m sorry!” it deals ice damage to the enemy equal to 50~130% of their attack power. At the same time, it restores 20 units of energy and penetrates 30 units of durability.

Explanation: Standard attacks, which also do not do much damage due to the low base attack of the corridor hotel. However, it can be included in the rotation to save skill points by gaining charges and energy for the ult by allies.

After using the skill "O-room service" it deals ice damage to the selected target and nearby enemies in the amount of 100~250% and 40-100%, respectively, of its attack power. In addition, it increases the number of hits of the next ult by 1. At the same time, the skill restores 30 units of energy, and also penetrates 60 units of durability to the selected enemy and 30 units to adjacent targets.

Explanation: The skill does not deal very much damage (for comparison, the explosive Hook skill at level 10 deals 280% ATK damage to the selected target and 80% to its adjacent enemies). But it allows you to get 2 hits at once for the ultimate - this is its main purpose.

Superpower "I'm l-l-late" initially has 3 charges. When using it, Misha first makes 1 hit to the selected enemy, inflicting ice damage in the amount of 36-72% of his attack power. Each subsequent attack deals 36-72% of the attack power to a random target. Before each strike, the probability of Freezing the target for one turn is 12-24%.

While frozen, the enemy will receive additional ice damage equal to 18-36% of the hero's attack power. Within one use, the ultimate can deal up to 10 hits to enemies. After using it, the number of attacks is reduced to three again. Let's add that the first blow of the superpower penetrates 30 points of durability, and subsequent ones - 15.

Explanation: The main source of damage to Misha, who has truly gigantic penetration. To give you an idea of how much this is, let us remind you that the elite enemy Blaze Out of Space has 300 units of durability, and if all 10 hits hit him, they will remove 165 shield points, and under the buff of Ruan Mei , even 247.5. This makes him a powerful shield breaker and crowd controller even at E0.

With open Eidolons, he will also be able to inflict huge damage with his ult. However, again, we are talking only about battles with powerful single opponents, when all the blows will hit one target, inflicting an ult at the 10th level - 600% of Misha’s attack power. If there are 3-4 enemies on the battlefield, then it’s good if at least one of them receives 180-240% of the hero’s attack.

As for the hero's passive talent - "Hour Descent", then it allows him to accumulate charges for his ult with the help of his allies, since any use of skill points by them increases the number of hits of his superpower by one and restores Misha three units of energy.

Explanation: It is thanks to the passive that you will be able to use Misha’s skill less often, allowing him to get hits for his ultimate with other characters who may need skill points more at a given time.

It is also impossible not to mention the technology “Stop! You are wonderful!, the use of which causes space, the duration of which is 15 seconds. Enemies that hit it freeze in place. If you attack them at this moment, then the number of Misha’s ult hits at the beginning of the battle increases by 2.

    Misha's traces

In addition to the above abilities, the heroine’s leveling tree also includes other enhancements that provide passive bonuses or permanent increases to characteristics. They mainly increase the hero's defense, ice damage bonus, and critical chance. You can see them all in the picture below.

Let’s add that thanks to “Ejection” and “Coupling”, the chance of freezing the enemy with the first blow is 96%. This way you can almost guarantee freezing a boss with an ice vulnerability, rendering him unable to move. If you want this to also work on enemies with freeze or crowd control resistance, you'll have to increase Misha's hit rate, which doesn't always seem practical if you're using this character as a main damage dealer.

    Misha's Eidolons

To unlock them, you need materials of the same name, issued when duplicates of the hero appear, which, of course, is random. However, the likelihood of getting 4-star characters is much higher than legendary ones, so you may well open at least a couple of eidolons, a list of which can be found below:

    1. Bizarre Evanescences - When using an ult, each enemy on the battlefield increases the number of hits of the current super ability by 1 (to a maximum of 5).
    2. Despair of Youth – before each ult attack, there is a 24% chance that the target’s defense will drop by 16% for three turns.
    3. An echo of happy years - the level of the ult increases by two, and the level of the basic attack - by one. The maximum level of the first increases to 15, and the second – to 10.
    4. Echo of Family Affinity – the damage multiplier of each ultimate attack increases by 6%.
    5. The birth of first love - the level of skill and talent increases by two. The maximum level for both abilities increases to 15.
    6. Alienation of Dreams – using an ult increases the damage dealt by the hero by 30% until the end of his turn. The next use of the skill restores 1 team skill point.

For Misha in the role of main DD, the minimum program would be to open at least the first two Eidolons, which will help strengthen the ultimate (15 hits will appear instead of 10, and the enemy’s defense will be guaranteed to drop if all attacks land only on him). However, he will be able to fully reveal himself only with unlocked E4 and E6, which will significantly increase the damage from his superpower.

    How to play as Misha

Regardless of what role you use Misha in (main DD or sub DD), his entire gameplay will in any case be built around the use of his ultimate. It’s just that in the first case, you can also inflict significant damage on enemies with it, and not just break through their icy vulnerability and freeze them.

Again, you should engage in battles specifically with bosses and elite enemies who cannot summon minions. Then you can be guaranteed to cast Freeze on them and, with one superpower, break through a little more than half of their shield, and with the reinforcement from Ruan Mei , completely destroy ¾ of their durability. Without the enemy's ice vulnerability and the Silver Wolf on your team, Misha's usefulness is significantly reduced.

Given the importance of the ultimate, your main task will be to get 10 hits for it before the character has enough energy to perform the ultimate. This is quite possible to achieve in 3-4 moves with fairly fast allies, even without constant use of the skill. Also try to use your ultimate on frozen enemies to increase Misha's critical damage.

As for the rotation, it will differ depending on what role Misha plays. For main DD it will look like this:

    1. The battle should start with Misha's technique so that he can quickly receive additional hits for his ultimate.
    2. Next, on every move of Misha, use his skill, since with proper leveling of his characteristics, he will be able to inflict considerable damage to enemies and will allow you to use your ultimate faster.
    3. After the 3rd move, you will need to gain more than 100 units of energy, which will allow you to activate your superpower. At the same time, you will definitely gain 10 charges for it, so you will deal maximum damage with it. However, in this rotation you will have to sacrifice the skills of other characters or take supports that allow you to save skill points or even replenish them.

If Misha serves as a sub-DD, then the rotation could look like this:

    1. The battle should start with Misha's technique so that he can quickly receive additional hits for his ultimate.
    2. Now you only need to perform basic attacks with Misha (the skill will still not do much damage), gaining 85 units of energy in 4 turns. The remaining energy, as well as the blows for the ultimate, will be given to you by your allies (they will only need to use their skills 8 times).
    3. Let's add that you can reduce the number of basic attacks to three if you take a planar relic to restore energy, and your fast allies will be able to use their skills 10 times.
    4. Once you have your superpower ready, use it to break through the boss's vulnerability as quickly as possible or with a high probability of freezing him, thereby simplifying the battle.

You can also try using a rotation that is less dependent on allies, which can be used by both main and sub-DD:

    1. The battle should start with Misha's technique so that he can quickly receive additional hits for his ultimate.
    2. Next, you need to perform the following sequence of Misha actions: basic attack > skill > basic attack > skill. After the fourth turn, you will have accumulated enough energy to activate your ultimate. With fast allies, you can first use two skills, and then a regular blow (the other characters will help you gain energy and charges).
    3. Then use your superpower and start gaining energy and ult hits again.

    The best builds for Misha

    Best Light Cones

Try to choose a weapon that increases attack power, penetration effect (for sub-damage), critical damage, or chance of landing critical hits. The table below presents some of the most interesting options.

    Name Characteristics Ability

On the Fall of an Aeon (5 stars)

    HP: 1058

    ATK: 529

    DEF: 396

Increases the wearer's attack power by 8-16% in the current fight each time he attacks an enemy. Stacks up to four times. If the vulnerability is broken, the damage increases by 12-24% for two turns. The main advantage of this cone is that it is free, as you can get it from Herta's store in Virtual universe and awaken to maximum level. Gives a significant increase in attack power, which is extremely necessary for Misha, because all of his attacking abilities are scaled from this indicator. He can easily activate the cone passive, as he is able to quickly break through enemy shields (if he is fighting with 1-2 opponents).

    Something Irreplaceable (5 stars)

    HP: 1164

    ATK: 582

    DEF: 396

Increases attack power by 24-40%. After destroying an enemy or receiving a blow, immediately restores health equal to 8-12% of the attack power. The wearer's damage increases by 24-40% until the end of the next turn. The bonus does not stack and is activated only once per turn. Gives a significant increase to attack power, which determines the damage of Misha’s abilities. The passive will work quite often, because the hotel bellhop has a relatively high taunt (like Clara), so he will often be attacked.

Under the Blue Sky (4 stars)

    HP: 43~952

    Attack Power: 21~476

    Defense: 15~330

Increases attack power by 16-32%. If you defeat an enemy, increases the chance of landing a critical hit by 12-24% for 3 turns. Gives the attack power Misha needs and sometimes increases the critical chance, allowing relics to pay more attention to critical damage. In general, a good cone, however, in terms of overall damage, it is still inferior to the previous one without overlay, but at rank 5, on the contrary, it surpasses it.

    Nowhere to Run (4 stars)

    HP: 43~952

    Attack Power: 21~529

    Protection: 12~264

Increases attack power by 24-48%. After defeating an enemy, heals the owner by 12-24% of his attack power. Significantly increases ATK, which increases Misha's overall damage, and heals him. Good weapons, however, are obtained from the Battle Pass. We do not recommend purposefully spending money on it when you can get “On the Fall of an Aeon” for free. If you already have this cone, then you can safely give it to the “Dreams” worker.

The Moles Welcome You (4 stars)

    HP: 1058

    ATK: 476

    DEF: 264

Grants 1 level of Mischief when attacking with a basic hit, skill, or ult. Each level increases attack power by 12-24%. It can significantly increase the attack power with its passive, which is very easy to use - you just need to hit enemies with any blows. But to quickly get a decent increase, you will have to significantly increase the hero’s speed so that he can make several moves in one cycle.

    A Secret Vow (4 stars)

    HP: 1058

    ATK: 476

    DEF: 264

Increases damage by 20-40% and deals an additional 20-40% damage to selected enemies with a higher percentage of health than the wearer. It increases Misha's overall damage quite well, especially in a fully awakened state. But for frequent passive work in the squad, it is advisable to keep not a healer, but a shield worker, so that the bellhop’s health is not always at maximum values.

    A Indelible Promise (4 stars)

    HP: 43~952

    Attack Power: 21~476

    Defense: 15~330

Increases penetration effect by 28-56%. When a hero uses an ult, his chance of crit. attack increases by 15-30% for two turns. The best option for Misha in the role of sub-DD, as it enhances his penetrating abilities. Can also be used on main DD if there are no alternatives due to increased crits.

    The best relics

As for the choice of ordinary relics mined in corrosion caves, we advise you to pay attention to sets that increase attack power, penetration effect, critical damage, chance of critical hits and ice damage. The table below shows the best options.

    Name Bonuses Advantages

    Hunter of Glacial Forest

2 pieces: Increases ice damage by 10%.

4 parts: increases the chance of inflicting crit. hit by 25% for two turns after using the ult.

A classic set for the ice damage dealer, which increases Misha’s overall damage and allows you to pay more attention to critical damage.

    Discoverer of dead waters

2 pieces: Increases damage dealt to debuffed enemies by 12%.

4 pieces: Increases the chance of critical hits by 4%. Critical damage dealt to enemies with 2/3 debuffs is increased by 8%/12% respectively. If the owner of the set applies a debuff to the enemy, the marked effects will be increased by 100% for one turn.

Another good set for Misha as a main DD, as he will be able to apply 2 debuffs to enemies thanks to E2, constantly activating the set's passive.

    Hunter of Glacial Forest

    Musketeer of Wild Wheat

    A Messenger Traversing Hackerspace

2 pieces: Increases ice damage by 10%.

2 parts: increase speed by 6%.

2 pieces: Increases attack power by 12%.

You can combine the specified sets until you have collected complete sets of the above relics with the appropriate characteristics.

    Watchmaker, Master of Dream Machinations

2 parts: increases the penetration effect by 16%.

4 parts: when using an ult, the penetration effect of all allies increases by 30% for two turns. This bonus does not stack.

A good option for a sub-DD aimed at breaking through enemy vulnerabilities and freezing them. Plus, he will be able to strengthen the main damage dealer.

    Thief of Shooting Meteor

2 parts: increases the penetration effect by 16%.

4 pieces: increases the penetration effect by another 16%. When a hero breaks through an enemy's vulnerability, 3 units of energy are restored.

Another good set for sub-damage, allowing Misha to ult more often, and, therefore, freeze enemies and destroy their durability.

Now let's move on to planar jewelry, which is mined in the Virtual Universe. The list below shows the recommended options (planars for the main-DD are listed first, and then for the sub-DD; the numbers indicate the priority of choice):

Planar decoration Bonuses Reasons for choice

    1) Frozen Salsotto

2 pieces: Increases critical strike chance by 8%. If this parameter exceeds 50%, then the damage from the ult and bonus attack will increase by 15%. Crit is very important to Misha. chance, and it deals the main damage with his ult. So with this kit you can significantly increase the overall damage of a hotel employee.

    2) Firmament Frontline: Glamoth

2 pieces: Increases attack power by 12%. If the carrier's speed is equal to or exceeds 135/160 units, then the damage it deals increases by 12%/18%, respectively. Gives the attack power Misha needs and can increase his overall damage. Gaining 160 points of speed is extremely problematic, but 135 points is quite possible if you find golden boots for speed.

    3) Space Sealing Station

2 parts: increases ATK by 12%. Gives another 12% to this parameter if the character’s speed is equal to or exceeds 120 units. It can be a good alternative to the previous set if you are not sure that you can gain high speed. Getting 120 units will be much easier than 135.

    1) Sprightly Vonwacq

2 parts: accelerate energy recovery by 5%. If the speed is equal to or greater than 120 units, then the hero's action moves forward by 40% at the beginning of the battle. Gives Misha the opportunity to ult more often, and, therefore, quickly break through the resistance of enemies and freeze them. A good option for a sub-DD.

    2) Dreamland Penaconia

2 parts: accelerate energy recovery by 5%. Increases the damage dealt by allies of the same type as the set owner by 10%. It is superior to the previous set if the main damage dealer in the team with Misha also deals ice damage.

Concerning characteristics of relics, then you need to choose as follows:

    • Body: critical damage or chance of critical hits (the choice depends on what weapons and relics you gave Misha); Chance to hit effects (for sub-DD)
    • Legs: attack speed/power (the first option is required for sub-DD)
    • Planar Sphere: Ice Damage/Attack Power (2nd option preferred for sub-detonation)
    • Connecting rope: attack power/energy recovery (the second option is preferable for sub-dealers)
    • Additional characteristics: speed > critical damage/crit chance > attack power% (for main damage dealer) or chance to hit effects > speed > attack power% > energy recovery (for sub damage dealer)

In general, the characteristics of Misha (main DD) at level 80 should have approximately the following values:

    • Health: 3000+ units
    • Defense: 800-1000+ units
    • Attack: 2000-2400 units
    • Critical hit chance: 65-70%
    • Critical damage: 120-130%
    • Speed: 134+ units

    The best teams for Misha

When using Misha in the role of main DD, you should take support for him, capable of increasing his crits and attack power, as well as restoring energy or skill points. You can also collect a mono ice pack with him by taking Silver Wolf into your squad. If the battle is against a boss with an ice vulnerability, then you can do without a hacker.

In the role of sub-democrat, a hotel employee can be combined with any other damage dealer, since his main task will be to freeze the enemy and break through his vulnerability, that is, again, he can only be used against enemies vulnerable to ice damage.

Take any shield warriors and healers. Although Huohuo is best suited for Misha, as it can replenish energy and increase attack power. The table below shows the optimal units with this hero.

    Upgrading Misha

How to increase abilities (what to download first)

The pictures below demonstrate the materials and their quantities required to maximize the basic attack, skill, superpower and talent.

    • Borisin teeth, lupotoxic fangs and lunar beast fangs are obtained from the sepals located in the Scaly Gorge (Lofu Xianzhou) or using Synthesis.
    • The Dream Collection Component, Dream Stream Valve, and Dream Engine are obtained from certain Nightmare Troupe monsters, quests, and enemies in the Virtual Universe, or through Synthesis. Can also be purchased with unquenchable ash.
    • Past Wormhole Disasters - Obtained by fighting the Starbreaker boss: Skarakabaz.
    • Imprints of Fate - obtained in the Virtual Universe, issued with a battle pass and purchased for unquenchable ashes in the Pom-Pom store. Sometimes they are a reward in temporary events.

Concerning priority for leveling up abilities, then first of all pump up your ult and talent (with a lag of 1-2 levels). Then you can upgrade the skill. Increase basic attacks according to the residual principle.

How to level up a character

At certain levels you will need to elevate the hero by spending a large amount of resources and credits:

    • Ascension (level 30): credits x4000 and collection component x5
    • Ascension (level 40): credits x8000 and collection component x10
    • Ascension (level 50): credits x16000, dream flow valve x6 and dream refrigerator x3
    • Ascension (level 60): credits x40000, dream flow valve x9 and dream refrigerator x7
    • Exaltation (level 70): credits x80000, dream engine x6 and dream refrigerator x20
    • Ascension (level 80): credits x160000, dream engine x9 and dream refrigerator x35

The Dream Fridge can be obtained from the Stagnant Shadow located in the Dream Hotel (Dream World), Penaconia location.
