In Genshin Impact mystery with spiral octopuses and allochromatic anemones near the Gate of Janus allows you to get a luxurious chest. Solving the octopus and anemone puzzle at the Janus Gate in Genshin Impact
You can get to the specified location, located in the Sea of Antiquity, during or after completing the quest chain “Canticles of Harmony”. Move to the central teleporter of the area, and then swim up in a northerly direction. At the top of the cliff you will find several anemones that need to be activated using three spiral octopuses and mellifluous flowers. Next, we'll tell you where to find them.
Spiral Octopus 1
Go down a little and you will see a ledge near the south side of the cliff, on which lies a giant shell and an octopus hovering. Swim up to the xenochrome jellyfish floating nearby and hit it with LMB to take away its ability. Then knock on the sink and it will immediately open. Inside it you will find a red Achievement: Challenger marker that you need to interact with.
Next, you will need to destroy several groups of orange fruits in half a minute. To do this, use the jellyfish skill you acquired earlier - hold down “E”, aim at the target and release the key to launch the bomb. Press "E" again to detonate the mine.
After passing the test, swim up to the spiral octopus and click on the “It’s time to perform!” option so that it starts playing a melody for the flower. One of the anemones at the “Upstairs” will activate, allowing you to loot the rich chest.
Spiral Octopus 2
Everything here is quite simple - swim east from the cliff, and almost immediately you will see an octopus surrounded by underwater monsters, including a seahorse. You can use the previously taken jellyfish skill or pick up the ability from the xenochrome stingray swimming nearby. Next, deal with all the enemies.
Having dealt with your opponents, swim up to the octopus and interact with it so that it begins to sing a song to the flower and the second anemone at the “Upstairs” is activated. You will receive another rich chest.
Spiral Octopus 3
It is located at the “Upstairs” near two anemones. Swim up to him and play with him to start the challenge - you have to collect 26 particles in two minutes. This is quite easy to do as they will all be grouped next to each other in a heart and arrow shape.
Once you complete the challenge, a luxurious chest will appear on the cliff, which you can open and take all its contents.
