The Auric Anglerfish in Genshin Impact - unique look puzzles in the Sea of Antiquity. These devices store various treasures in their “mouths,” but they can only be retrieved by stopping the anglerfish using an ancient symphony. In the guide we will indicate the location of all such mechanisms.
How to Solve The Auric Anglerfish Puzzles
When at rest, the sensors on the heads of the mechanisms glow yellow, and then the treasures in them can be taken.
Once you enter their field of vision, the sensor will turn red and the “mouth” will close, blocking the reward. To return the mechanism to its normal state, swim to its tail and burst the bubble, releasing a sound wave - you will receive this skill during the quest chain "Canticles of Harmony". You can also move out of the anglerfish's line of sight and wait until the bubble disappears on its own.
To pick up the Treasure, you need to get close to the anglerfish's tail and release a sound wave of rest next to it. The gif below shows the entire process.
Where to find gold-bearing anglers in the Sea of Antiquity
In the Sea of Antiquity you can find 7 similar mechanisms. For most of the puzzles you will receive a rich chest.
Angler No. 1
The first mechanism floats near the northern teleport at the Janus Gate. In this case, it is enough to stop the anglerfish using a sound wave.
Angler #2
The mechanism floats south of the Janus Gate, under one of the floating islands. The puzzle with him is just as easy to solve.
Angler #3
The angler can be found near the teleport in the northwestern part of Nobility Street.
Angler No. 4
The mechanism floats east of Nobility Street, next to the golden tracks.
Angler No. 5
You can find the anglerfish in the northeastern part of Capitol Hill.
Anglers No. 6–7
